This is my doctor, and I have been coming for years here to see him (well sometimes I skip a year…read moreor too if I am feeling dandy!) and I have to say he is real good with getting you back on your feet fast. I do not know if he is taking anymore patients, as when I come here there are always people waiting around like a walk in clinic, which either tells me he is good, or that there is no one else to go to (which is defintely not the case!). He gives you real world solutions to problems and ailments so I am never afraid of going there. Not intimidating and he gets to know you, and in some ways he is the neighborhood doctor mentality. Fluent in English and Cantonese, I talk to him in both ways sometimes, and also if you need any shots or medications, he won't just prescribe it, but he looks at your situation and also ask if you have work coverage and to ask first if they cover, so he does think of things outside the box.

Appointments arevery easy to set up - the receptionist Vicki is friendly and good at fitting you in for an appt. if you're in pain. As for Dr. Fay, he's very professional, patient, and thorough in his approach. He goes through all the family history, prescribes necessary tests and does a great job at diagnosing issues as a step by step process. The appointments are usually on time (maybe 5 mins late on average). And even though they are swamped, you never feel it, when you're in the dostors office, you're the only patient. and I think that's what matters ! The good thing about his location is that there are test labs etc in the same building, and a pharmacy on the ground floor, and the hospital is also just across the street. So its a one stop for all your medical needs :)
