While the medication helped me, it's side effects were too sever to keep taking it so 1.5 weeks after I started, and at the advice of my mental health practitioner, I stopped taking it. I called and left a detailed msg with her nurse asking for an alternative med. NO RESPONSE. 1.5wks later did the same thing. Again, no response. 1.5 weeks later sent an email in the patient portal. No response from the Dr. A week after that I left a voice mail for the practice manager and still no response. It does not seem to me that Dr. Morgan or her staff have the best [ or ANY] interest of their patients.

It came back basil cell carcinoma. Then I was scheduled for a surgeon to come in a do Moh's surgery. This Dr. stated since this place was located so close to my eyes he couldn't do the surgery he stated I could go to Jacksonville or Atlanta but whatever surgeon works in me could possibly leave my face disfigured under my eye toward my nose. He also suggested radiation. I chose radiation and had the appt pretty fast to get this done and be free from the cancer.

The fee changed to $160. The first ex rays was supposedly included. Then I was asked about the initial referral as if they had no idea. The young lady asked me if I was there for an abstraction. When I showed her my referral. She tagged on an additional fee of equal amount for another ex ray. The ex ray Dr. Mann Office was better than their ex ray. To top it all off, Dr White suggested a Biopsy which had a rick of cutting a nerve near the teeth. I am looking to get a second opinion.

On August 25, 2013 I seriously injured my left leg in a work-related accident. I had a 3.5…read morecentimeter quadriceps tendon tear from my patella (kneecap), large intramuscular tears, large contusions, and a sprained right ankle. By far the worse injury I've ever sustained. Had to have the surgery, spent five weeks on bed rest, wore a hinged leg brace for over three months, and spent the following six months in rehab and physical therapy. This is where I had to attend my physical therapy sessions for one hour three days a week. Two physiotherapists in particular that helped me were Mary and Kirsty. Big kudos to those two that encouraged me. They are knowledgeable and very experienced at what they do. They mostly massaged by thigh and had me doing leg strengthening exercises. I went from being on crutches, to being on a walker, to using a cane, and finally to walking again. All thanks to those two! Now if only I could find me a nice woman to rub my thigh at home :)

They told me my insurance was accepted when I called and asked about it and an appointment. They…read morethen had me fill out all the paperwork to be a first time client, the paperwork included a photo of my insurance card. Then when I took time off work and came in, they told me they had looked and my insurance was NOT accepted. Why not tell me before I took time off work? Well they tried to get me to see the Dr. despite their not taking my United Concordia Insurance. Nothing to lose on their part having me come in I guess. Just a waste of my time and the three weeks I waited for an appointment time that worked. Don't trust what they say, expect them to not take your insurance.
