If there was away to give a business no stars, I would on this one. After my primary doctor made a…read morereferral to them. it took them a week and a half, and I had to contact them. Another few days to get home sleep study machine, then a week to get results, again, with me contacting them. I set an appointment for a sleep study then and IIIII, unfortunately,had to cancel, due to sickness.I rescheduled for the following sunday night. I got there. they hooked everything up, neither of the face mask were comfortable and being clostaphobic caused a huge problem. Along with the noise, people in the hall, and someones phone ringing. I never could fall asleep. So, before midnite, I had the male nurse remove the equipment, because I was completely uncomfortable and very agitated by the goings on. He did and I went home. He was to have someone call me and they never did. We just got a bill from them were they charged the insurance the full price for the study and sent me a bill for a supposed co-pay. We have satisfied all our deductibles and co-pays for this year. I called on 7/3-14 to discuss this and spoke will Holly in the billing department and I asked how they could charge for something that was never completed. And why was there a charge for me. SHe was the rudest person, I have dealt with in a long time. She told me, I should have contacted them. And that it was my responsibility to find out why this happened. I explained I had talked to united health care and was appealing the payment to them and she said, why didn't I call them. I WAS! But she just got more ignorant as the conversation went on.And asked if I wanted to talk to the office manager. I said, yes,since I wasn't getting anywhere with her.She put me on hold and I stayed for 10 minutes before I hung up. I never did get a call from anyone here! So, if you need these type of services, BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!! UNPROFESSIONAL NOT COURTEOUS! AND BILLS FOR SERVICES NOT RENDERED!!!! I hope someone reads this and decides to call me. Or maybe they will, when the insurance payment is reversed!!!

Dr. Kalenian is a brilliant and compassionate physician. He gives…read moreeach patient the time he or she needs and makes every effort to educate you about your health conditions. He is not at all arrogant or condescending, as many physicians tend to be. If you or a family member has a problem with an allergy or asthma, he is definitely the professional for you. He diagnosed a life-threatening problem in me that was not even in his specialty area! I was a Psychologist in the Army for several years and met many MDs who were both brilliant and master caregivers. Since being out of the Service, I have found this to be a rare combination. Not surprisingly, Dr. K is also a former military doctor. Fortunately, he IS taking new patiients!
