If not for the nurses at Kindred, I'd have given up and checked into Laurel Hill a long time ago. Timely, accurate, professional and downright nice nurses who know medical. The entire organization is a well oiled machine. When you call, you get a live person. A special thanks to the Staff behind the scenes who get it done. Scheduled on time and on the days I needed it. Scheduling around my doctors appointments, etc. Nurse Christy and Nurse Tammy are The Best and go well beyond the call of nursing duties to be sure the patient gets the care they need and deserve. Nurse Tammy knows my situation and what it's like to be me and feel the way I do. Nurse Christy is a warm hearted nurse who is flexible and timely. I can set my watch to their arrival times. They give straight up no bull advice that you have to listen to. Compliance is part of the program to getting better. You can text or call them at any time for assistance and advice. A live nurse is available 24/7. They are your go-to sources for home health care. Without them I would rot in my bed. Kindred is your only option. Period. Dot. Call them right now. I got set up on the weekend after I came back from Emory. I called (888) 418-2457 and the kind lady took all of my information and passed it to Thomasville GA. Thomasville called me as soon as they opened the doors on Monday. The Thomasville number is (229) 233-6255. And yes, you will get a live person in the office who will take care of your needs. After that, you talk directly to your nurse.

I had my first visit with Dental Care at Bannerman Village today…read more The dental hygienist, Brianna, was very professional, thorough, kind and efficient. The dentist, Dr. Jessica Pavlov, was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and also very thorough. The support staff were welcoming and helpful. The practice accepts my health insurance, and the copay was very reasonable. All in all, they've earned my confidence and gratitude. Very pleased!

However, for the past 2 years it has been nothing but problem after problem. From incorrect prescriptions (at least 2x that I remeber), multiple trips to correct that issue (mind you it's an hour round trip not including the wait time at the office), glasses being told we're ready that didn't have any lenses in them ( 3 trips to correct that issue), orders for contacts not being placed and most recently an order of contacts being sent back for no reason. To say we are DONE giving this place the benefit of the doubt is an understatement. Good luck to you if you decide to try it out.
