I paid you an additional $1200 when asked above your estimate in an attempt to make sure that I was being fair to you and your crew. I am unsatisfied with the following: 1. The painting of the missed areas above the sound panels in my master bedroom was never completed even after several requests. 2. Paint was spilled on my new carpet in the theater. I spent $200 for a carpet cleaner to confirm that this is paint. They were able to get most of it out but unfortunately this spot will always feel crusty. 3. Glue was spilled on my new hardwood floors in several places in the master bedroom. The floors were obviously not covered at all times as promised. 4. The walls, baseboards and door jams around the areas you painted were left very dirty and scuffed up and this was not remedied even after several requests.

When I pointed it out he told me the ceiling and baseboards were not level. See the pictures to show they are indeed level. He also told me he could not fix it. It's peel and stick wallpaper and took him approximately 1 hour to complete. I believe it could be fixed.

Juan said he planned to scrape, sand, prime and paint 2 coats of paint. He said that our windows were pealing due to no primer being used originally (seemed to know what he was talking about). After the first couple of DAYS I noticed that he was not removing that much of the pealing paint. One of his workers kept jabbing a tool into the wood to assist him in lowering the window. Talked with Juan about this. 4th or 5th day he mentioned he was done with some of the windows. I reviewed them and they were horrible. Showed him and he said he would go back over them. That requires more scrapping and painting. He had us sign a contract and pay half up-front (no problem). He had services in the contract that he didn't provide. He didn't charge for those but up-charged is for other things. The reason we went with him was due to needing some small work our doors. His contact states that he cleans. That isn't true. Left all the paint scrapings for us to clean. I specifically asked if he cleaned the windows after he finished painting - oh yes, we clean. No. The windows were streaked like a child had cleaned them. After 6 full days with Juan and team we were so happy to see him leave. So all the repainting he had to do, he charged us dearly for his sorry work. If you need someone you dont have to babysit to paint your house, look else where! We will need to repaint our windows again soon. Very sad to not be able to recommend him.
