The great thing about these local pharmacies is that they mostly have good customer service and the occasional special offers that make it worthwhile calling in. The staff in these chemists always seem to me to be people who have worked there for 20 years, or people who aren't even 20 years old. Not that it matters really because they're always helpful and professional. They have to be, I suppose, because of the sensitive or serious nature of some of the illnesses/ailments that people come in with on a daily basis. Because of that it's very rare, if ever, that I've had a bad customer service experience in one of these local chemists.
There's always a pharmacist there in the background, doing whatever it is that pharmacists do, and they're always on hand to give you expert advice on issues which the staff may not be qualified to advise on. read more
