I called to reschedule bc my babysitter cancelled and was told to go ahead and come in and the verbiage the front desk used was "we will figure it out" well as someone who used to be a dental office manager I would watch children while people had a root canal or other service. I come in after getting my child in the car which is such a fight because of transitions and his autism and he's 3... I get there and wait about 10 minutes and then someone comes and tells me sorry we can't take out your nexplanon with your autistic child here. ok cool but I called!! I asked!! I explained!! I offered to reschedule!!! so then I'm crying and they're like what can we do? I said nothing like I'm going to sit here while my child is now upset we're leaving and try getting them into their car seat and I'm going to cry alone thanks. honestly the lady at the front desk should have been in trouble for that. she admitted she told me to come in anyway with my child. it's too hard to get a new patient appointment anywhere else and I'm established here so I will go back but I'm very unhappy with the front desk.

She uses fear mongering tactics to make you do what she wants and if you don?t listen she will try to force the issue. When we did not listen to her wanting to do a C section, all while our baby was perfectly healthy and other Drs, along with every nurse, did not believe that was needed, she proceeded to shut off the induction medication to force the contractions to stop in an attempt to force our hand. If not for another Dr in the labor ward she would have had her way. The other Dr agreed there was no reason we could not have the baby naturally and turned the medication back on. If you want someone to tell you what to do without listening to your wishes she is the best Dr for you. If you have your own mind and can think for yourself I?d avoid her at all costs. Worst OBGYN

I would recommend her services to anyone, without hesitation!

Three years later, we conceived and I am happy to see dr.cueto again. He remembered me right away, and was being very supportive the entire time. I agree with someone here on yelp mentioned that he might not be one of those super chatty doctors that will spend tons of time with you in each visit, but that is his style: knowledgeable, professional, get to the point, straightforward and get things done. Yes I feel very a bit rushed too....but I get everything I need right? Then no need to waste time. I know Dr.cueto is very experienced and I trust his judgment and his professional opinion. I think in medicinal field that's more important than he spends extra 2 mins every time to chat with you about your daily life...isn't it? My water broke at midnight and I was in labor for 16 hours. And I am not making any more progress. He analyzed the situation in detail with my and my husband, suggested we can go either way but I might not have the energy to do it and might still need C-section after another 5 hours. I was exhausted and falling asleep by then already....and we had c-section and baby came. Everything went well. I am writing this comments still laying in hospital bed. The entire process was pretty enjoyable. I am going home today and whenever I have another baby, I will stick with dr.cueto no doubt.

Yellow flags? Red flags? No flags? You be the judge…read more.. I initially came here because my previous awesome Sutter OB-GYN retired on me, and an OB-GYN at this facility came highly recommended. For several years, I actually thought this was a Sutter office because it's located on the Sutter campus. (It's not.) That was totally my mistake, but looking back, it certainly explained why they did things so differently and why the overall experience seemed less polished and professional than what I've experienced at Sutter offices. I made an appointment with the highly recommended female OB-GYN and waited five months to see her. Two weeks before my appointment, the office called and canceled because she was retiring. I was already way behind on routine screening, so I agreed to see another doctor. I wasn't thrilled about seeing a male OB-GYN. I know there are great male OB-GYNs; I just personally prefer a woman. But I sucked it up and went. On my first visit, I walked into the office and was greeted by a giant poster advertising a fat-reduction product. It seemed very out of place and, honestly, a bit predatory for a women's health office. (See photo attached) Then I met my new OB-GYN, who appeared to be very old-school. He didn't seem to use much technology, and the whole experience felt dated and awkward. And yes, his age added to the awkwardness for me. I wasn't exactly eager to have an almost 80-year-old man poking around down there. Nothing against older doctors, but combined with my preference for a female OB-GYN and the generally old-school feel of the appointment, it just wasn't a particularly comfortable experience. I figured I would get through it and probably see someone else the next time I needed care. Fast-forward several years: an issue came up and I needed to be seen. Unfortunately, he was the only person available, so once again I sucked it up and had the testing done. No fat-reduction poster this time. Whew. Then they lost one of my tests. I was pretty sure I didn't have a yeast infection, so I let it go, but obviously losing a patient's test isn't reassuring. Next, I needed a D&C procedure. Thankfully, it was going to be performed by another doctor. Unfortunately, no one was calling me to schedule it. After several weeks of waiting, I even had my insurance concierge call on my behalf. When I finally dealt with the scheduler, I found her extremely rude, defensive, and unkind. At that point, I decided to see if I could find a new office and OB-GYN. The angels were apparently shining down on me. I found a new Sutter OB-GYN and must have lucked into a canceled appointment because I was able to see her within a few days. I discussed everything that had been going on, and she had my D&C scheduled within a few weeks. The entire experience was professional, timely, and kind. I messaged my previous OB-GYN to let him know I was transferring my care and would no longer be using their office. Then, about two and a half months after the issue first arose, the original office's scheduler left me a voicemail saying they could perform the procedure in another month and a half. So, had I stayed with them, I potentially would have been waiting about four months from the original issue to actually having the procedure. That was the final confirmation that leaving was the right decision for me. The communication was poor, the scheduling was far from timely, and the overall experience simply did not inspire confidence. I'm sure there are good employees and providers here, and other patients may have completely different experiences. But after the canceled appointment, lost test, scheduling problems, poor communication, and my interaction with the scheduler, I'm soooo glad this place is in my rearview mirror.

When I was in my third trimester I came in using a walker because the pain was so bad that I couldn't move without it. Instead of empathy, Dr Macdonald was more concerned about who prescribed me the walker and kept telling me this was "not normal." When I asked to go on disability she sent me back to my PCP, because she wasn't convinced that this pain was pregnancy related. Even though I had it (to a lesser degree) in my previous pregnancy, according to her it had only happened one other time. I immediately switched providers at 30 weeks. I did see her during rounds after having a very healing c-section with Dr Spears, who I highly recommend, and she barely acknowledged me. Lastly, she told me not to get the RSV vaccine during pregnancy because my baby was going to be born at the end of flu season (end of Feb), which was untrue and he had to get it at his first doctor's visit. I truly don't know how she's still a doctor at Sutter.

My new primary didn't inform me that she was sending me to a religious zealot who wouldn't let me choose what I do with my own uterus. You should not work in health care if you're going to push your religious beliefs onto your patients, especially working with women. I came in leaning towards getting paragard (copper IUD) but still had questions. They told me when I was already there and undressed that they don't do that one because Dr Fromlak believes it to be an abortion type of birth control. Absolute bullshit. This also makes me question her intelligence level. They could've told me this on the phone when I scheduled my appointment. My primary could've also asked me when she met me how I feel about religious zealots in healthcare and maybe I never would've ended up here. 0/10, highly do NOT recommend.
