James used the excuse some had Algae growth caused by overhanging bushes even though many of the unclean paving blocks were not under any bushes. The real issue has been the reappearance of Weeds and Moss within 5 weeks. Numerous phone calls to James since then have fell on deaf ears. He has promised on two occasions to come around and review the problem. Both times no show, he is now not answering numerous telephone calls or responding to left messages. His advertisement claims he uses diesel powered rotary cleaner which removes stains, weed, moss and algae growth. He did not even have this machine on his Van and claimed his Jet Spray was sufficient.. I have previously carried out this work myself with my own Jet Spray and used weed killer prior to sanding. James claimed his cleaning method would not require Weed killer. In simple terms would not recommend this company, poor work and no after service Rob Woodward Derby
