The deep tissue massage was excellent, and he paid close attention not only to the areas I specifically pointed out, but also to other areas of tension he identified during the session. I left feeling noticeably better afterward. Highly recommend Brett if you're looking for a knowledgeable and attentive massage therapist.

Normally massage sessions and cranio sessions are booked separately, but since I expressed an interest, Stanley offered to incorporate a bit of cranio-sacral therapy toward the end of the ninety minute massage. It was exactly what I needed. He intuitively picked up on some imbalances in my body that I've been aware of for some time. I couldn't have been more pleased with the session. If I'm in Boulder again, I may try booking just a cranio-sacral session with him so I get both experiences.

I have been trying to find a massage therapist that is in network with our anthem blue cross insurance (It is not easy). He did more to advance my healing in one session than I have gotten after trying many other doctors and treatments. He is very knowledgeable and insightful about the body. Healing a severe back injury is not easy and it's going to take many different therapies and approaches but I feel like Matthew has done more than any other therapy to help jump start that healing process. I would recommend his practice to anyone considering a physical therapy approach, either in place of or in addition to.

I'm not big into new-age or alternative therapies, and Aaron's focus seems similarly bound to the practical results and treatments rather than the more ephemeral theories that tend to pervade the practice. I was ecstatic to discover where he was located again in 2013 and have been having massages 1-2x per month with him. He is very knowledgeable about anatomy and uses that knowledge to tailor his massages to the individual needs of the client. He will provide deep tissue, shiatsu, or other types as requested and will make sure to work on whatever parts most need it. He has a lovely, low-key professional bedside manner which encourages his client's to be very comfortable with him. His room is quiet, bed is temperature-controlled and he has a nice selection of relaxing music. He is engaging to converse with, but perfectly happy to let you relax in silence if that is what you need that day. He also takes some insurance. Personally, I am not at all into new age type stuff and it is nice to not be forced to be in that sort of atmosphere to get a wonderful massage. I can not recommend him highly enough for both women and men.
