The best bet is to ask the staff in store as they are very knowledgeable. The lady who I spoke to (who I think may own the business) was more than helpful with my queries and let me ponder for ages before making up my mind. From the outside the shop window is a little distracting and confusing so I definitely would recommend actually going inside to get you head around all the technical terms.
