    Does he accept insurance?

Yes he is just out of network with my insurance policy which is Oxford but call his office to find out if he accepts your insurance

Checking in is a breeze. You have the ease of several comfy and accommodating lounges while you wait. Access WiFi and have tea until your provider is available. The assistant and tech staff are the consummate professionals. Today was my first time seeing Damilola. I came in to have fibroids checked. The tech did the ultrasound giving me a play-by-play of what she was doing and why. Damilola came in shortly after. Her temperment was very calming. She introduced herself and explained my results, answered my question and expressed care for other health issues I'm currently navigating. Overall, she was very culturally responsive and that's huge for me as a black woman. Viva Eve is a 10/10 for me. Love it here!

Since it was very early, the doctor…read moreasked me to come in multiple times over the next two weeks to "confirm" the pregnancy, which seemed excessive. Each visit included a urine test, internal and external sonograms -- all of which felt more like requirements than options. It quickly became clear that they try to schedule as many appointments as possible, likely to bill more. Even after my pregnancy was confirmed, they kept asking me to return -- sometimes every other week -- for unnecessary follow-ups. Each visit involved at least an hour-long wait. I was initially told the practice was in-network with my insurance. However, after a few visits, I started receiving unexpectedly high bills. I was then informed I needed to sign over the insurance reimbursement checks directly to them. I did this for a few visits, but eventually stopped going because it felt like they were more focused on billing than care. Even after providing them with all the checks I received, I'm still being sent bills. I contacted their billing department multiple times -- first in November, when they told me it was just an automated message and not to worry, and now again, only to be told I need to contact my insurance and have the checks reissued. Save yourself the stress and go with another practice. This one has been nothing but a hassle.

My wife has been a patient at Northwell Health Physician Partners Maternal Fetal Health, Obstetrics…read moreand Gynecology at Rego Park, and our experience has been incredibly frustrating. Her appointments were canceled multiple times without any communication from the clinic, which was highly inconvenient and stressful, especially given the nature of maternal fetal health. On one occasion, after a cancellation, we discovered she had been rescheduled for another appointment, but we were never notified of this new date or time. When we proactively called them to try and sort out the scheduling and reschedule, we were told they would call us back. That callback never came. This consistent lack of communication and follow-through is deeply concerning and unacceptable from a healthcare provider. It has made us feel completely disregarded and has severely impacted our confidence in their administrative processes. We strongly urge them to improve their communication and organizational systems for the sake of their patients.

Disgusting behavior towards an elderly woman needed help filling out her papers. She actually told her no when she asked for help. Unbelievable. I work at a medical office and even on the most busiest days where patients are waiting over an hour, we try our best to help people fill out their forms. Even when it's short staffed. So there's no reason for attitude and sucking teeth at people. She should get fired or have a staff meeting on how to treat your patients. There are people going through things and going for lab tests that have serious things going on that you may not know about. They don't deserve this kind of treatment. HORRIBLE!

I don't even mind waiting if I call and say "Hey, I'm going to make it to my apportionment on time will there be a long wait? Since, I work nearby I don't want to leave the office but if you're running behind I can come later" which, the receptionist says there's no wait come along. I don't know why she told me that because I waited an hour. There's always a wait I should've just known that. I don't know why I even bother to call to ask about that. The waiting is not why I'm upset about this place it's the communication. Countless times they charge me for things that are just completely wrong. I go in for a regular check up which is covered by my insurance and they end up writing that it's a procedure? This makes no sense. Don't even bother trying to get this resolved because their staff just simply don't want to bother. When I need a refill on my prescription I need to countlessly call them to get it refilled. At my previous doctors I never had to worry about my refills. Literally every 3 months I have to deal with this and it's a nightmare to get a refill! I've been going to this place for a year because I wanted to find a new gyno close to work but now I'm on a search for a new doctor. This clinic isn't bad for general gynecological annuals, blood work or contraceptive surveillance…read more Like many clinics, the phone number you call to book an appointment will be a company call center, not the direct number for your location of choice. If you request the phone number, you might be able to reach the direct location. It's unfortunate that they don't provide telehealth appointments for something like oral contraceptive refills or discussing lab results (even 2 former physicians agreed with this and ended up extending my refills so that I wouldn't have to keep returning). I'm sure this is something on the higher ups end to enforce as an option. There are new physicians every few months, so you may not always get the same one from your last visit, but turnover rate or new opportunity is common everywhere. Cleanliness for the public restrooms, especially when most women need to provide a urine sample, could use work. Toilet paper and soap are not always restocked or available, so bring your own pack of wipes or tissues incase... There is no proper holder for the toilet paper and it has rolled onto the floor a few times to where I had to throw it out to avoid spreading contamination. A closed holder would help. Unsure how many people have been considerate enough to avoid spreading germs. Communication can improve, especially in medical settings. You will be told different things by different employees you encounter like: "You can only receive sonogram / ultrasound results by an emailed CD. We don't post them on the portal or print it out", only to come and find that they might end up actually uploading it to the portal, or a more understanding physician can give you the physical copy right there... Also had a recent issue where they gave me the wrong address for their Manhattan Surgical Center for a Hysteroscopy, because they probably didn't communicate this to their staff, so not blaming the receptionist here. They had the old address on their printed information sheet. Be aware that there are 2 surgical locations. For those who cannot travel to Lake Success, there is a Manhattan location on specific days. Was given the run around by call and text and told my chosen time and date was not available and at the wrong location after all, pushing options for fibroid surgery even later. You might find on your visit summary that you were prescribed a medication that was not discussed during your visit. I understand that some medications can be prescribed after reviewing lab results, but this seems like a medication that was added right after my visit on the portal before completed lab results. I think these are important factors regarding patients who need surgery or need to know what these prescriptions might be used for. Best to call the patient to address this and inform them. Had to call and text, just to be told "we'll relay your message", and the only option is to have you come in before your follow up in person to find out. This needs work. I've also checked the portal through there limited options and to confirm, there is no way to message any provider through it... Updating to a system where the patient can message their provider directly can help clarify anything that was not discussed during the visit, or questions that in general do not need an appointment. Not blaming the staff you encounter, as it's understandable that they can only work with the system they are given and that's out of their control. Just some things to consider. There might be a bit of a wait depending, but not everyone is willing to understand that physicians and staff need to attend to each patients needs, are performing a procedure and trying their best. Not every patient can handle how painful a IUD or swab might be. Also, understand that there are more patients than physicians. You'll get seen when you get seen. Just show up on time or earlier. They will attend to you with patience. The staff from receptionists, medical assistants and physicians are welcoming and kind! Wendy Shi was an informative and attentive PA! Angelina made the ultrasound/sonogram experience more comfortable as well. Thank you to the phlebotomist/medical assistant (I'm sorry, I was too nervous to remember her name) who made the process calming. Other than that, I like that they've added the texting option for booking appointments, a mobile pre-check in before even showing up and text reminders for your upcoming appointments. I also really appreciate the medical assistants taking all your vitals. Some clinics don't even weight you or do the proper and efficient patient intake per visit.

If I could give zero stars I would, I stopped going to Garden OBGYN early last year at 20 weeks…read morepregnant after been going to Garden OBGYN for over a decade. & they continued to be absolutely horrible. They are so disorganized, lack compassion or any real care for their patients, took weeks to ever get results back, that is assuming they haven't completely lost them which has happened several times, they reschedule last minute, then sound annoyed when you call them to follow up. This place really should be shut down. It's just awful & I was so fed up with them. Me being pregnant last year and the complete awful care I received is what made me finally switch and now I have a OB who actually cares and who actually knows me, unlike getting a different doctor who didn't know me at all every time I went in. My final straw was 1. I went in for special testing and the workers there who seemed like high school students said "I never heard of that" when explaining a symptom I was experiencing meanwhile I did not ask for her advice.. it was very fine when switching practices who were actually intelligent and compassionate. 2.When I was told I could give birth at a certain hospital and another worker telling me that wasn't true and if I wanted they would just give me my records at 36 weeks and I could go to whatever hospital when in labor .. absolutely wild. & then 3.I had gone in with slight bleeding at 17 weeks.. as a first time pregnancy of course this really startled me but deep down I know I and baby were fine and just wanted confirmation as I bled as a result from intercourse which I later found out is common (it was very light). I go in and no doctors were in and a nurse practitioner pretty much told me to go to the hospital and that I would possibly miscarriage that night so go now otherwise there could be a lot of blood later that night. I refused to believe her because nothing about what she was saying made sense to me and I decided not to follow her advice and went home instead and immediately switched practices. I now have a healthy beautiful baby and i am writing this to deter any other expecting mothers to experience what I did in my first trimester with this awful practice. There are many more horrible experiences I could say but the long short of it is this place should be shut down and I would be very surprised to find if they didn't have any lawsuits against them. Please avoid at all costs!

Yelp and website are extremely misleading as they have a professional website with lots of stock images. They reference a OBGYN "group" but the office is small, dingy clinic with one male doctor. They have a wonderful toll-free number and it makes the place seem like a wonderful group of doctors. There is no mention of Dr. David Zargaroff on the website. Website also only references abortion/aspiration services and does not offer further details. I called to request a standard OBGYN checkup - std check, IUD in place, healthy sexual organs yadda yadda. Made an appointment two weeks prior for opening time (10AM). The first sign you see is a "no eating or drinking sign" Staff behind the desk munching on very strong-smelling Burger King. Very rude reception. Waved a finger and told a VERY pregnant woman to go to room 2. Where is a nurse to walk her or show where it is? Bedside manner of staff is lacking and facilities are small and basic. I showed up at 9:50AM. The doctor arrives in the clinic late at 10:20AM. By the way, the website also says "Run by women for women" - so wow was I surprised when the doctor was a man. Sees one woman who arrived PRIOR to myself and 2 parties who arrived AFTER (a mail woman with whom is probably a regular and a couple who was... "late" for their appointment?) Excuse me, but I think I made my appt at 10AM when you open? Am I just a walk in? I was finally led in at 10:45/50AM. Blood Pressure machines falls from the wall to the floor... okay... *POKER FACE* Doctor himself was professional. Found nothing wrong with me. IUD in place. All good.
