So, that's where I was towed. The end result was, they busted their hump to get it fixed ASAP. It's been a long time since I have been this impressed with a place of business. We spoke to the salesman many times about the issue it's been put in the shop multiple times and we had to pay to get it fixed. They said it was the battery it was not. Has a new battery and it still does it. It loses oil. We keep having to replace spark plugs because They foul out. We've had the truck for 10 months every payment has been made on time before the due date and we're still dealing with the same stuff.The salesman wouldn't get us out of it. He told us the only way he could get us out of it is if we paid 5000 down on another vehicle. So he sold us a lemon and we're stuck with it. I would never recommend anyone use George Kell. And definitely do not trust Greg Anselmi. They are not there for you they are there for the money and they don't care what you have to go through after they sell you the vehicle. I work for a very large company that has businesses all over Arkansas and Kentucky. I work with the public. I can promise you that I will always tell everyone not to go here. I shut the truck off, gave it a minute, and tried to restart it. Dead as a brick with wheels. Probable electrical issue. Had it towed to Martins Truck service. He was 1 month out for any new work. I was working a power plant job 350 miles from home towing a 5th wheel. Needed to return home in 5 days when truck died. Jonas was kind enough to quickly look at it. Found issue with data port connection and quickly repaired it. Could have charged me bundles for "electrical issue" but cost was 1 1/2 hours of shop time. Great mechanic and even greater person!
