Being pregnant is a scary thing especially when you're a first time mom but they make everything easier. I'm never waiting longer than 10 mins for my appointment, they are very accommodating with schedules, always greeted with a smile and never left in the dark about anything. If I have any questions or concerns a nurse calls me back within the hour or I can email them through the patient portal and am usually contacted within the hour. I highly recommend them.

Every problem…read moreI voiced with my pregnancy which was high risk according to them, was completely overlooked including when I told them family issues with giving birth which surprise! manifested itself in my pregnancy and made my labor and birth 1000% more difficult than it needed to be. I was in labor 3 days before they would let me stay. I kept calling and calling telling them something was wrong but the Midwife they kept getting me in contact with kept sending me home with "third trimester pains" when I ended up having to call 911 to get out of my house because I couldn't make it down the stairs because I was so weak. That same midwife tried to send me home. AGAIN even though about 8 hours later I ended up having my baby. This office should be shut down, they don't care about the patients they treat everything like its too much of a bother to deal with; it's nauseating. Avoid here if you can. There are some really good doctors there but the bad outweighs the good.

Unfortunately, all of those practitioners have retired and, at the time of my last visit I was unfamiliar with the new bunch. I went for a mammogram and saw Diana Sustar. She brought up a health issue which did not pertain to my visit, nor gynecological health in general. While I was not adverse to listening to what she had to say, we clearly did not agree on the issue. I was so angry when I got home that I called the office and asked that a note be placed on my file that I never want to see that doctor again. To be fair, Dr. Sustar did leave me a short "apology" via the portal, in which she explained that she was only trying to "educate and inform" me. I was well educated and informed when I walked into the office, but was treated with condescension and arrogance when I expressed an opinion that was different from her own. If you are a mature woman who knows her own body and prefers to treat it with a holistic approach, this is not the doctor for you. Indeed, my days with this practice may be over. I will find a doctor who respects my opinion in regard to my body.

So caring, really listened to me and took my concerns seriously instead of saying that I'm overreacting which is what I'm used to. She didn't rush the visit, she made me feel like I was the only person she was seeing that day (that is how thorough she is, and takes her time and takes my health seriously!!) I'm lucky that she was my provider that morning. She deserves this recognition. She gave me peace of mind and my anxiety was gone. Thank you Heather!!

She gives good, practical suggestions and I've never been disappointed when I see her. I will say that I am postmenopausal and have had no major gynecologic issues, so can't speak on major issues. I will say that their website could use some work. There is very limited information and only a little more on Yelp.

It is HORRIBLE and anybody reading this needs to avoid this place at ALL COSTS The receptionists don't do their jobs. When you call to make an appointment you can't get through to anybody. I've been on hold for an hour before. An HOUR! There are 10 to 15 people who work in the front office so what they are doing is beyond me, it's certainly not answering the phones. Good luck actually making an appointment here. Today I had an appointment and as soon as I got here they told me my doctor was not in the office today. Really?! You couldn't have called me to tell me?! Complete waste of my time. The only thing that I can say is that the doctors are really great but the receptionists and service here are so horrible it is not worth it.
