They showed us a handful of apartments, we picked one within an hour and they charged us first months rent. That's criminal. The apartment we picked we were told might have some construction...yeah...it turned into the landlord trying to add additional rooms and long story short we were without cooking gas for 4 months. In addition, they were pretty vague regarding the parking situation in town and how you can really only park on half of the streets during certain times. Lastly, the agent (name I am leaving out on purpose) showed up drunk on the day we needed to pick up the key. Not very professional. They stay in business because they have a monopoly on the listings. They don't even put them up online. No pictures, nothing. Good Luck.
