The apartment we picked we were told might have some construction...yeah...it turned into the landlord trying to add additional rooms and long story short we were without cooking gas for 4 months. In addition, they were pretty vague regarding the parking situation in town and how you can really only park on half of the streets during certain times. Lastly, the agent (name I am leaving out on purpose) showed up drunk on the day we needed to pick up the key. Not very professional. They stay in business because they have a monopoly on the listings. They don't even put them up online. No pictures, nothing. Good Luck.
