What really stood out to me was that he didn't try to upsell me on anything I didn't need. In fact, he told me my figure was already amazing, but explained clearly that my abs had separated and no amount of gym time would fix that without surgical repair. He also explained how he could remove the loose skin I had from my pregnancies, and walked me through everything in a way that made me feel informed and confident. Given the way she spoke to me, I asked for her name and I asked to speak to a manager to which she responded that she was the manager. She rudely asked if I wanted to reschedule again.
