First, I was EARLY into my pregnancy. As a four pregnancy, something felt different and I wanted to see my baby to be sure. Little Buns and Nikki is not a medical establishment and she is not a medical professional, but she is a sweet, good hearted woman and at 7 weeks when not even a OB would see me early, Little Buns did. The boutique is beautiful. With super cute and unique baby wear, the lobby and room had snacks and toys for my toddlers. There is a big beautiful screen right in front of the bed to see your tiny baby wiggle. And I will love forever that Nikki was the one who got to show us that what I thought felt off, was twins. Being pregnant more importantly having a high risk pregnancy and not being able to contact anyone through the central number or specific office extensions is so discouraging and frustrating for expecting mothers. We cannot be expected to text our appointments and concerns. We need to speak to an actual person to feel as though our services are being cared for. It's a disgrace the way their services are given. I went in for one ultrasound, my tech Teresa and she had terrible bedside manners and would alter office policies to her own discretion. I also arrived at the required time of 7:15am, and the office doors were locked. I tried to contact someone but of course, you're not able to speak with anyone there. In addition, Teresa took it upon herself to schedule my next ultra sound as opposed to verifying with my physician when the next one should actually be. The front desk also was clueless as to when my future appointments should be scheduled even though the order was given to them. It's a shameful way to provide care to individuals that are expecting. I canceled my services here and went to AMOMI for all my services. AMOMI gave me the luxury of speaking to a person, and had wonderful ultrasound techs. Being in healthcare myself, I understand the importance of patient advocacy and care and I would definitely not recommend this place for any healthcare services. Their are plenty of other healthcare offices providing the same services. I would switch immediately!

The gentleman behind the counter who greeted us was very nice and I loved the fact there were toys to play with for our toddler son. Thankfully they kept him busy in the waiting room. The ultrasound tech was sweet and she had a nice upbeat attitude. She kept things very positive, although our baby wasn't cooperating that well. We ended up with a lot of side profiles because she was covering her face with either hands or feet. We did the 4D ultrasound at 33 week, although it worked well for our son, I think our daughter was a bit too cramped to really show her face. Overall I give 5 stars since everyone was nice. If they don't get a good view, I know their website states they will offer you to come back. We didn't ask, since it wasn't offered to us, maybe due to her age? Not too sure what the guidelines are.

The technician verbalized her unsolicited medical opinion. She told my daughter that the baby is breech (33 week) and she'll have to have a C-section. This just sent her in a tizzy and made her worry throughout the session and unable to enjoy the images of her baby....UPDATE... 3 days after she the sessiin my daughter was seen by her mudwife and confirmed the baby is NOT breech. So, we scheduled our first appointment at Baby Bump in November, when we were still very early on, just to verify that baby was ok and developing normally. The experience was simply magical. We were able to see our baby girl in far greater detail than we had anticipated, and were able to capture tons of incredible video and images to take home and watch and rewatch ad infinitum. As a couple where this child means more than anything in our lives to this point, it meant so much to be able to be validated and seen by Courtney. She was so kind and understanding of our questions, our emotions, and our wonder and amazement at finally being able to see our little girl in such detail. After such a great initial experience we went back in for a second appointment around 6 months pregnant, and our minds were blown a second time!! The technology is amazing, and Courtney is the perfect person to run a business like this. She is patient, and takes her time to make your experience is valuable. You have to go in with reasonable expectations, because sometimes the baby will be covering his/her face or not be active, but she will do her best to try to engage the baby, react to what it's doing, and get good images for you.
