Shen by my primary care physician, Sarah Dawson. Dr. Shen spend a significant amount of time with me getting to know me as a person not just as a patient. Fortunately so far I have no need of his Professional Services other than keeping me healthy since I currently have no heart issues that I know of. He ordered a treadmill stress test which show no impairment. His follow-up after the test was thorough professional and personal. I recommend dr. Shen without reservation.

Her receptionist said she would let me know before she billed me for lab charges, but continued to bill me for lab charges without ever letting me know the amounts ahead of time. Just the thought of going in for an appointment caused me so much anxiety. She likes to focus on what she likes to focus on and not what your actual issues are. It's incredibly difficult to get an appointment and when I asked for a prescription for the Covid shot because it was required by the pharmacy I was going to get the shot at, I was told that I didn't need one by her office even though I included a screenshot from the pharmacy website saying that it was required.
