Basically, we decided to plan a gorgeous beach wedding in three months and were looking for help to make it as stress free as possible. Virginia Beach Wedding Chapel provided that for us. We went with their Romantic Rendezvous Package with the Unity Sand Ceremony and Wish to the Sea Ceremony. Maddie sat down with us and was so warm and helpful with going over all our options. We knew we wanted a beach wedding with roughly 30 guests but had no clue how to plan a wedding and had only been to 2 or 3 each so didn't really know how everything went. There was a lot of back and forth with Maddie, Victoria, and Reverend Bruce via email to ensure we were getting everything we wanted. They were so patient with me when I kept changing my mind constantly and asking questions and they were always willing to give advice. The day of the wedding came and the weather was awful. The VBWC gang went out to our spot at Little Island Park in Sandbridge to start setting up because I still wanted to hope the wedding would clear up and they wanted to give me my dream wedding. By the time my groom showed up, it was still raining and all of the chairs were blowing away. It was kind of like a hurricane out there he told me. It was time to call it. We ended up using their chapel back up location, which is beautiful. They were so awesome about rolling with the change. By the time I walked down the aisle, all I could see was my groom and the weather affecting the beach wedding did not even matter. They still made it perfect for us with their chapel and just being them. Reverend Bruce was so awesome at officiating our ceremony. He was so kind and even made us laugh, which helped with our nerves. He really enjoys what he does, there is no question. It shows in his smiling face. Victoria knew I wanted my couples beach photos and offered to meet us out at Little Island Park again for a photo shoot at a later date. We ended up going during an ideal sunset. It was so awesome that they were willing to meet us on a separate day for more photos. Really shows how much they care that you get what you want. The pictures by Victoria and Maddie were absolutely perfect. These girls know what they are doing. Victoria shot a photo while I was adjusting my mother's necklace in the bridal waiting room before the ceremony. We had no idea she was taking it, and it ended up being such a perfect moment that we can look at and cherish. The photos were given to us in an adorable little box with a wooden jump drive. I cannot wait to order them to see in person. The quality looks amazing. All in all, we got everything and more from Virginia Beach Wedding Chapel. They went above and beyond my expectations. The thing that made my experience so wonderful was this awesome family that loves what they do. The Begaults are such good people and they make you feel like family. That meant the world to us. Thank you Maddie, Victoria, and Reverend Bruce for making our big day absolutely perfect. You are all wonderful.

Malie does not follow through on promises and is defensive and reckless when mistakes are made instead of sympathetic and eager to please. To be in a service industry, I find this to be her most disturbing trait. When we decided to go through with her, she promised a "welcome gift" and beer for my husband during out engagement shoot. Both never happened. I had to remind her of the welcome gift twice before a small booklet was sent to me. No beer for my husband. But i let it go since the engagement shoot turned out satisfactory. Cut to the wedding. She cancelled on my twice for phone calls only to finally tell me 2 days before my wedding her second shooter could not make it, the second shooter i had already paid for. she was scrambling telling me this and talked in circles, but what was i supposed to do. she instead brought her husband who clearly did not seem happy or eager to help her. his pictures turned out pixelated and they did not work well as a team. she spent way to much time taking family protraits leaving little to no time for pics of my husband and i, which i specifically asked her to do the opposite. from the second she started the to moment she ended, she seemed frazzled and unorganized. multiple ppl at my wedding said they felt bad for her bc she seemed so overwhelmed and not put together. she had no plan, clearly did not think about places to shoot, or had her camera and lighting ready. the thing that dissappointed me most is the fact that she never addressed any of my concerns and only acted in defence and passive aggressiveness. i work in customer service industry and would never treat a client the way she treated me. if you have 4 hours to pose on a sunny day outside, Malie might do a decent job for you. but if you expect candid photos that capture you love and an experienced photographer that can rise to any occasion, look elsewhere.
