What a treat! The location was empty when we arrived. One of the workers (I didn't catch her name) was so kind and sweet. She gave a little spiel about the business and what they're about. The owner Lori opened this location about 7 years ago and there's another location coming to Iowa city soon! My sister and I went with the staff favorites of the day which were-- Watermelon Blow Pop and Forever Yours! These Mega Tea bombs were delicious and energy fueling. Our total came out to $15 for two mega teas which claim to boost energy, include B6 + B12 (glowy skin) biotin and influence weight management. Not sure how true these claims are but these drinks were a little sour + a little sweet and such a fun way to start my morning! Great value for the size!

I ordered a Rocket Pop smoothie and by the time I'd taken a quick lap around the store's developing retail section, my drink was ready. NutriSport brands itself as a healthy, wellness focused operation and I was happy to see they don't add sugar to their smoothies. The taste of mine was good and (expectedly) didn't have the overwhelming sugar saturated blast that accompanies drinks at larger chains. (Those smoothies taste good, too--don't get me wrong--but many can't exactly claim the "health" mantle). Nutritional info at this spot isn't hidden; it was readily posted on the website's menu. At just over $7 per drink (or, per Rocket Pop, some might say), NutriSport's offerings might be a bit pricey for some (especially students who might stop by for a treat) but the quality and kind of ingredients used make this higher cost at least more understandable. I'll pop back in at some point to try one of their breakfast wraps. It's nice to have a clean eating option in this mall!

The food was so good omggg delicious! My husband is an Omni & I did not tell him it was a vegan place bc I thought he would become annoyed that he may god forbid have to go to a dinner without biting into a mooing cow... He WAS NOT annoyed & enjoyed his soup du jour A LOT in fact he even said he'd go back there! [I make vegan food at home but he prefers meat at restaurants] so that's pretty huge.

Also, the menu price does not match the current price. It says a small is $3.75 but I was charged $4.75, (tbh the size is definitely only worth $4) and when I asked about why the price was more expensive than on the menu they said it's always been that way and seemed a bit defensive. They must not know they can get into trouble for false advertising that stuff! If it's always been a different price then get the menu updated so customers don't feel scammed! I know it's a very small price but nobody likes to pay more than they initially expected. Other than that the staff is pretty chill and drinks come out in a timely manner.
