Charles (owner) promptly emailed me back and set up a phone call to discuss my request. Charles was very professional and was pretty confident he could fulfill my request. Not knowing typical investigative rates I was pleased with the initial rate; I thought it was fair. Charles said he would call me after his initial search to discuss either the results or if it would cost more (due to complexity). Within a week he called and we discussed the results of his research. He provided a report and found exactly what I needed (and more) without any additional cost. Now i never said anything since 2016. But well someone asked recently for a lawyer. And well his daughter, whom i didnt recognize by name, mention mr. Stein. And i said i wouldnt advise that due to the slow paperwork and disorganition.
