Charles (owner) promptly emailed me back and set up a phone call to discuss my request. Charles was very professional and was pretty confident he could fulfill my request. Not knowing typical investigative rates I was pleased with the initial rate; I thought it was fair. Charles said he would call me after his initial search to discuss either the results or if it would cost more (due to complexity). Within a week he called and we discussed the results of his research. He provided a report and found exactly what I needed (and more) without any additional cost. I was amazed he found the information I spent hours looking for. If you have any investigative needs in Oklahoma and want a professional, competent company, I would recommend TEC9.

They refuse to cancel without paying out the full contract. This company has screwed up my billing royally over the past years. At one point they told me that they were at fault of not catching a missed payment from two years ago I, of course paid it. And i said i wouldnt advise that due to the slow paperwork and disorganition.
