Paul answered and was so kind and helpful not only in letting me know he would be right there to help but also in advising me on what the problem might be and where I could get it fixed if necessary. He showed up within 10 minutes and after trying a few times to jump start my car, he called back to their shop and Junior arrived about 5 minutes later with the tow truck. Junior was able to get my car restarted and they sent me on my way to get a needed new battery. I didn't have any cash on me but had a gift card in my car - they refused to take any payment for what they considered to simply be the right thing to do for a neighbor in need. Not only did Mr.Lee take the time out of his day to call me back and leave a voicemail, he also gave me a time of when he could be at my home to help! We were in search of something a little quicker (outside of his area) so we told him maybe we can call him back if we decided we needed his services. Well, Mr.Lee ended up calling us back! He had a reference to someone who was closer to our location who could help us in a quicker time! His reference "Juan" was on time, extremely helpful did everything in a timely fashion! We had an appliance that we purchased with our pickup truck get stuck in our backyard on a wet day. We had also called a service closer to our house who told us that "they could not help due to the fact that they could also get stuck on the wet grass". No fear!!! An officer in Union County help me out with the laws and they shouldn't charge you to get your stuff back and under no circumstances should they ever damage your personal property. The officer also read a bunch of lawsuits to me where they have lost several court cases and had to pay 4 / charging but anyway they lost in court not professional at all if you look on their website they brag about repo and cars without a hitch well it's a problem when they're breaking the law to do it
