The night before, I received a call from the dentist herself to ask if there is anything I need to make my visit more comfortable. When I showed up, they even knew my name before checking in. I'm sure the experience would be different for others but I'm curious to why it's not a uniform experience for everyone. This was the second time at this office watching everyone experience a smoother service. Building is nice and quality of work seems decent. I'm disappointed won't be back! Neither should you.
