She explained all the options (and showed examples in their showroom) and worked up a nice design; we went through it in detail and made some changes in real-time. Then she sent an estimate; this work was all free. RaeAnne was friendly and prompt in all our communications. They worked together seamlessly to remove and replace the cabinets that were over the bathroom sink. They were also very patient with me as I changed my mind several times!
