The chicken both I and my daughter received in our respective meals was freshly cooked. However, I suspect that was a while ago before it was frozen and subsequently microwaved. The decor was poor, the customer service wasn't that good and the food was amongst the worst I've had the misfortune to experience. Avoid at all costs.
