From the very first moment I called, I was met with compassion and professionalism. Dena answered my call, and her kindness immediately put me at ease. She listened patiently as I explained the reason for my call and guided me step‑by‑step through everything I needed to do -- all while I was hundreds of miles away. She supported me throughout the entire week, including the weekend, and never once made me feel rushed or alone in the process. Before leaving for vacation, she assured me that I would continue to receive the same level of care, and she was absolutely right. Linda stepped in seamlessly and provided the same warmth, attentiveness, and excellent service. Every detail of my brother's arrangements was handled with care, from coordinating with Ft. Sill National Cemetery to ensuring his death certificate was completed promptly. Their team worked closely with me, treated my family with dignity, and showed genuine compassion during one of the hardest moments of my life. I am forever grateful for their support. May God bless this team with continued success -- they truly serve with heart. Regena Cooper
