Matt Shaw (the owner of picture perfect) gave the best quote and was the most responsive. I was a bit nervous going with the lowest quote, but when all was said and done, Matt far exceeded my expectations. His attention to detail was incredible. Bottom line is if you need any sort of landscaping you should definitely call Matt at Picture Perfect. He's a great guy and you won't be disappointed.

His team could not have been friendlier during the entire project. They were quick to ask if there was any problems with where they parked or if there was anything they could do to help the job be perfect. Then my wife had one request, which was to have it done by 8/1 or wait to do it until September. Mat was very confident he could fit it into their schedule, and he did. Lastly Mat quoted the job and was very competitive with other quotes we had gotten. His final bill was dead on to what he quoted. I highly recommend this company for any landscaping you need done.

Jeff is endlessly knowledgeable, friendly, responsive and he is a consummate professional. He was with us every step of the way, following up with other partners, code officials etc., looking out for every detail and keeping everything moving quickly and efficiently. He worked with us on every aspect of the project and gave us the most fair pricing we could ask for. Due to circumstances beyond any of our control (lack of supply availability within our timeline due to the pandemic) we were unable to complete the project this year but we look forward to picking back up with Jeff where we left off next spring. The level of customer service we received was second to none and level of trust we have in him is rare to find. We could not recommend Jeff and his team at Coastal more highly -- if you are lucky enough to work with him you will be thrilled with the quality, customer service and honesty you will receive.

The dry stacked stone wall they built was beyond our expectations and the walkway to the front steps was built just as our landscape architect had spec'd. They also built a block wall around our well, backfilled the area with loam, topped it with bark mulch and planted shrubs. We have gotten many compliments from our neighbors. They worked very hard in hot conditions, kept the area neat while working, and re-raked our gravel driveway when removed their heavy equipment. We would not hesitate to recommend Ddraig Stonework.

Communication was poor, and I constantly had to monitor the work to make sure it was done correctly. Their crew repeatedly tried to cut corners, and if I hadn't been watching closely, they would have left me with subpar results. The most concerning part was that they attempted to charge me an extra $3,500 for work that was never actually done. It felt like they were trying to take advantage of me, and I had to call them out multiple times to get things corrected. In the end they still charge me an additional $1000 for an extra hour or 2 of work and a couple 4x4s in supplies. To top it off, someone from the company even offered me $250 in exchange for a positive review -- which makes me question the legitimacy of all their 5-star ratings online. I went with Mandette Roofing Plus because of their great reviews, but after my experience, I would strongly advise others to proceed with extreme caution. Unless you have time to take off work and watch them every step of the way through the repair, you're better off finding a different company that has a higher level of integrity than this one.

After dealing with several other local roofing companies who didn't return calls, provide accurate estimates, answer follow-up questions, and acted as though they didn't want/need our business, Oceanside Exteriors was a welcome change. Dealing mostly with Matt Sullivan, we had excellent service. Matt answered all the questions we had quickly, and was great to work with. The estimate we recieved was detailed, and right in the ballpark as some others we had gotten. We were comfortable enough that we decided to enlarge the scope of the original project, and even got some money BACK at the end, due to the project coming in UNDER the estimate. The job was completed right on time, and the roofing crew was very friendly, and even answered further questions. Oceanside Exteriors is going to get all of our future work, from roofing to painting.
