I needed engraving on several items. (six altogether) Nickel plated…read more Everything was clearly written on paper and left with the items at the shop that sent the items elsewhere for engraving. Two of the names intended to go on separate items began with "B", and they mixed them up. As a result, it was impossible to swap as they were different items for different people. When asked to rectify or refund, they brushed me off with very poorly communicated customer service. Their inability to follow simple written instructions was not their problem but mine. Over £100 was spent without the correct engraving, and I had to rebuy the items and delay the recipients at my own cost. They don't care.
