I found the phone I wanted but it was only in stock on the orange network and I wanted it on O2 as I wanted to reuse my old sim card. The staff were happy to check to see if my O2 sim card would work with the orange phone. It did not work but that was useful to know and they tried to offer an alternative phone. Eventually I got my phone elsewhere but I felt the staff were very good and I would definitely look in Phones 4 U again.

The prices can be pretty good on a lot of their things, but I do find it hit and miss as to whether there is actually anything in there I like. Its got a nice open lay out and is clear as to what sizes etc are where. Both shoes are there so you just try on as you need too, and they do measure childrens feet or you can use the measures to do it yourself. Always found the staff in there to be helpful and polite when their assistance was needed.

The shop is just a general beachside gift shop with wares such as postcards, books, beach toys, etc. What makes this shop really stand out is the customer service. The owner was so nice and chatty and when I came to the counter with a huge stack of postcards, she gave me a good discount on them. A few days later we went back and I was impressed that she remembered me and what I had bought before. In a country where customer service is severely lacking, I find it so refreshing when someone goes above and beyond what is expected!
