While she was doing my root canal, she made sure I was comfortable and kept checking in on me. I didn't feel a thing while she worked on me! I had a root canal at another office about a year ago, and it was painful because the dentist was rough. But this doctor took her time and ensured everything was perfect. The temporary crown was great, and the permanent one was done flawlessly--I couldn't even feel it when I closed my mouth. She's truly an incredible doctor, and I'll keep coming back to this office as long as they accept my insurance. The staff was also fantastic and attentive. I give them a 10 out of 10!

The dental assistants were so kind and caring while taking our X-rays. They were gentle, friendly, and made us feel completely comfortable. Both of The Doctors ( Dr.Nguy & Dr.No) were absolutely wonderful! not only knowledgeable and professional, but also hilarious! There was a fun little rivalry between one being a proud alum of UCLA and the other from USC which made the visit even more enjoyable and hilarious . You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and about the work they do. Overall, such a positive experience. I came in, filled out my first timer paper work, and was called to the back within five minutes. The two dental assistants were very friendly and the Dr did a great job. I went in for X rays and and simple cleaning and the Dr was very friendly, funny, and conversational. I will be definitely be back and I strongly recommend to everyone. Came in for X rays and a cleaning. Dr. Melanie did a great job. She was very informative about my teeth and the steps to make them look the best way possible. It was very fast and easy to set up an appointment. I went in for a routine check-up and it turned out I had a cavity so I got a white filling. The office is rather small but it looks nice and clean. There is a TV on the ceiling of each room equipped with Netflix. It was pretty nice to distract myself looking at sharks while I got a filling for my cavity. The quality of the filling was not too great either. It still felt pokey after 3 days like it wasn't filed down properly and there was residue left on some of my other teeth which still feels rough to this day. The reason I give it this place a 3 is because I feel that the whole thing was rather rushed and not a lot of explaining. Since I have all four of my wisdom teeth grown in they suggested extraction for all 4 and since they don't bother me I said no thanks, but they kept insisting and even went ahead and scheduled an appointment for me. They kept calling and texting and emailing and I kept saying I did not make an appointment and so that really creeped me out. Like they were after my teeth!
