Within 10 minutes they identified the problem and provided me a solution that later worked. No fee requested. On April 14, I returned again without an appointment and explained further problems with my install. This time I suggested a consult fee to which they agreed. Looking up car specific fuse block information, they again identified the solution and requested I pull my car into the shop to show me the correct fuse block location for my application. Then as I watched using their supplies they did the final power supply install for the front camera. 15 minutes later all was working as the manufacturer intended. As a DIYer I like to learn by doing and in this case watching but if I did not, I wouldn't hesitate to contract them. I did not expect the additional installation using their shop supplies, so I doubled the consult fee which was still very reasonable. Thanks guys for treating a double walk-in so professionally. I was in the area so I dropped by to make an appointment for another time to investigate the issue. The man there said he'd take a quick look right away, spent 5 minutes looking into it and fixed it right there. I asked how much I owed him and he said "nothing." It was a simple reset needed after the car battery died a while ago. Much appreciated and great to see.

I always find myself stumbling across something I never knew I needed. These type of stores are usually a good place for cheap electronic accessories, tools, and kitchen items. This store is no exception. It has a really good electronic accessories and tools. The beauty accessories look to be quite plentiful as well but I can't attest to their quality as they're not of much use to me. They also have a good selection of batteries here.
