The location is very central and everything is easily accessible. The hotel provides services of picking and dropping from the train station. They picked us up and dropped us off at the train station. Breakfast was included in our reservations and they have nice buffet style breakfast with lots of great options . The swimming pool is nice to enjoy as a family. They also have a kids play area. Loved their outdoor patio with the beautiful views. I am taking two stars off because the housekeeping never took the towels that I kept on the floor to be taken away and replaced. Instead of replacing the towels that were on the shower floor, they folded the wet towels and put them back for us to use instead of giving us new ones. Also, their hotel restaurant adlerstube - has really bad service. The blond lady is extremely rude, they kept us waiting to order for a really long time. Finally food arrived and it was really good but again no one came to check if we needed anything. Also the check never arrived , finally waiting for a good 20 minutes I went up to ask to pay. Food was good but because of the service it ruins the whole experience . The hotel needs to be mindful of this and make sure they are looking into it.

I went into get it, and I felt itching on my right arm badly, went to a bathroom and washed with soap and water. We went into town to get food and found this place. They gave me this ointment to relive the itching and it works. They have a sink with alcohol I put on it and more soap and water before I put the ointment on my arm. They lady was very nice and spoke English too. Paid $12 and change for the ointment in their currency. Put that on and no more itching. Good to go.
