We initially reached out for help to renew our mortgage and Pam helped us find a new mortgage term with a company that blew our old one out of the water. This past year she helped my husband and I with a very complicated across country move and we were beyond impressed with how much additional help and support she put towards our situation to try and make things as easy as possible for us. As a last thank you for all their help I felt that a sparkling review was in order. Thanks again Pam!

We were referred to Collin Bruce and his team... After 5 minutes of reviewing our case he guaranteed, that we will have a mortgage, I was a little worried as he was minutes away for leaving his office for the day and going to cheer for his favourite hockey team who were in the 2017 playoffs, the source of my worry was that he was cheering for the Oilers. This is one person you want on your side when you are buying or selling a home in Edmonton. Having made the sale as an Owner based in Ontario, she made my visit into Edmonton efficient. When she suggested some furniture and fixings would help, we asked her cost for staging and she said she would do it complimentary. Her basic staging was simple. When I needed some post-tenant fix up like light bulb change and assistance to change microwave out with a new one, she was armed and ready to have a handyman assist. The last and final thing that we truly applaud her for is closing the sale with a closing the sale with two competing offers. She did a great job and we are definitely excited to refer to any friends and family looking for a home in Edmonton. Thanks for making our sale an easy process.
