I'm jumping on the bandwagon ... Jacob is the guy you want for even your SMALL hauling needs!! Within 10-mins of my text we were scheduling the pick up. It was a 2-hr window and he arrived within the first hour. As he greeted me he was accessing the area and wanted to get the job done quickly to respect my (townhouse) neighbors so he was not impacting access to their private garages. Granted, my job was not huge and everything was staged, but he was quick & respectful. Thanks for a job well done, Jacob. I've forwarded your info to my brother too. read more

Thanks Jacob! I had a bunch of stuff to chuck after redoing our floors. Jacob was quick, friendly, affordable, and responsive. I strongly recommend him and will be saving his details for future service! read more

I think these other reviews are bullshit fake reviews because this dude told me a time (twice) and never came through it would have been the easiest $$$ he could have made for 5-10 minutes worth of work. #manup read more

Jacob's Junk Hauling - Easiest $$$ he could have made - Junk Removal & Hauling Near Me

Thankfully Jacob lives in my neighborhood so I received a post of his on NextDoor for available junk hauling. I contacted him and he quickly arranged for my job to be handled. He kept communication current and showed up as promised. He is fast and professional and has reasonable prices. I highly recommend him for his hauling services. As a driver I also have to commend the way he both loads and drives his trailer. Too many people have experienced the car and windshield dings from trucks and trailers with things flying out of them. Jacob is careful in loading and driving too. read more

Very quick reply and same day service. We enjoyed meeting Hunter also ...his 4 mo old Black Lab. read more

Six stars! I had some odds and ends that I needed to get rid of, a couple we're really heavy. Jacob came the same day, as a matter of fact within a couple hours. He was very polite, friendly, and professional. He gave me a very reasonable quote and took all my junk away right then! It was so easy. Plus I appreciate all the methods of payment he takes. For me, we used Venmo. I hope I don't have any more junk to get rid of but if I do, I will use him again! read more

Jacob was just excellent! I found him on NextDoor, saw that my neighbors speak very highly of him so contacted him. He responded to my inquiry text within a few minutes, happened to be available right away, charged a reasonable amount for the work and was efficient, professional, helpful and even gave me a tip about upgrading my under-sink stems that will probably save me additional work later if I take care of it now. Just overall a very quick and pleasant transaction. I will call him first next time there's an opportunity. Highly recommended! read more

I've known for 6 months that I'd have to sell the house, so I started listening to others who've had junk removed. One of my neighbors, I wish I remember who, recommended Jacob's Junk Hauling so I wrote it down on a Post It note. I'm glad I did. His website suggests texting photos of the items to be hauled away. I'm assuming this enables him to arrive at a job site with the capacity to do the job, then & there, if the parties agree on price. SMART! I like it a lot! After I sent photos, Jacob responded within minutes. He said he'd be able to be here within the hour. 30 minutes later, Jacob sent another text advising that he was on his way. He arrived when he said he would. I appreciate that, very much. His quote was fair and I accepted. He took everything I wanted to get rid of and was on his way. One more thing. He's the nicest, most personable young man you'll ever meet. That's important, at least to me. read more

From beginning to end my experience with Jacob's services were fantastic! I reached out to him via text for a quote and received a response back immediately! After I quickly had a phone call conversation to coordinate when he would be coming and he assured me he could quote and take away the junk this same day if his quote met my budget. And so he did, he came with his trailer and partner and took away everything we had in less than an hour! It's such a relief to have all of the stuff gone from our backyard just in time for summer! I will definitely keep using Jacobs services should we need them in the future! read more

I had a honey-do on my list that I never got around to and needed to get done asap. The job was to clear out my sideyard so I could replace my fence. I found Jacob via the Nextdoor.com website where he had several good reviews. I contacted Jacob on Saturday and he came by on Sunday to clear out the sideyard which included breaking down/removing a small shed, and disposing a pile of miscellaneous wood and metal poles. Jacob was very responsive, easy to communicate with, and did a good job on the hauling. read more

I had a very last-minute job for dump run - Jacob was one of several people who responded right away. But his reply was by far the most complete, useful and relevant including a reasonable estimate of the cost. Best of all, he was able to come within an hour and was friendly, easy to work with, and accommodated some additional stuff we needed to get rid of (we paid a bit more since the load was bigger). Could not have been a better experience and will definitely use him again in the future and highly recommend him to others. read more
