In 2017, she help me open my business. In 2019, she helped me change the name of the business on the CA State level and not on the LA city level, which I didn't realize until years later. I left LA and no longer work in that city. Since the old business name is registered in LA, they requested back city taxes of $1198 in 2024. I paid and contacted Jill to request that she close my old business in the city of LA. She said she did it and charged me for "her work". However, that old business is STILL registered with the city of LA and then are now coming after me again for another $1200. I do not recommend JEM Business Solutions.
