By the time I got home Pond Lehocky Giordano was calling me. We discussed the particulars of my case and they said they would get back to me. They got back to me very quickly and informed me that Jerry Lehocky would be representing my case for workman's compensation and a telephone appointment was set up Jerry Lehocky to further discuss the particulars of my case and we mutually decided to move forward with Pond Lehocky Giordano representing me for my workman's compensation case. In addition Jerry and I discussed social security disability and I was assigned representation from Thomas Giordano's team from Pond Lehocky Giordano. One of the first things done was that Pond Lehocky Giordano submitted my application for social security disability and to monitor my the workman's compensation company and make sure they were not doing anything wrong. In one of the conversations I had with Jerry Lehocky he stated that with one of the incisions from one of my surgeries left a residual scar north of my collar bone and according to the workman's compensation rules in Pennsylvania I am entitled to additional compensation. This eventually became a hearing which led to a decision in my favor that once the workman's compensation case is settled there will be additional weeks of compensation. Without Jerry Lehocky this would never have happened. Also what I view as an integral part of Pond Lehocky Giordano organization is the team of folks that support the attorneys. Unfortunately my workman's compensation company has for whatever reason missed paying some checks on multiple instances. One occasion was for a longer duration, instead of reaching out to the workman's compensation company Jerry Lehocky requested a hearing with a workman's compensation judge as the responses from workmans comp were not acceptable and the workman's compensation company expedited payment and the hearing was still held to try and reinforce with workman's compensation that they cannot do this to Pond Lehocky Giordano's client. Unfortunately this has occurred two more times. The team at Pond Lehocky Giordano wasted no time in contacting the counsel for the workman's compensation to restore the paychecks ASAP. This shows how much Pond Lehocky Giordano values the relationship of their clients. This is one of the many services they do for all of their clients. Pond Lehocky Giordano values all of their clients equally and they get back to you in a timely response. On another instance, my workman's compensation company was stating they would not cover one of my surgeries, since we had a lawsuit against them. The team at Pond Lehocky Giordano and including Jerry Lehocky responded to me very quickly that the workman's compensation company was lying. The surgery did occur with the billing after the surgery going to workers compensation. The main point here is how rapidly Jerry Lehocky and his team responded to make sure I understood that the workman's comp company has to cover this. Just another example of how Pond Lehocky Giordano values each and every client. From the social security disability perspective. Every time that social security disability was not approved. The disability team from Pond Lehocky Giordano was monitoring the status of the case and an appeal was submitted ASAP by Pond Lehocky Giordano. The disability team at Pond Lehocky Giordano led by Thomas Giordano and my dedicated attorney Connor Deverell made sure when the time came for a hearing that I was prepared for the hearing with the judge to hopefully lead to a successful outcome. At times the support teams at Pond Lehocky Giordano have had to coordinate medical treatments in the form of PT and Radiology exams. With the experiences that I have referenced in this review I can honestly say without any reservations that after almost a two year period working with the attorneys and staff at Pond Lehocky Giordano. The client is at the core of everything they do. It does not matter how much effort they need to work with the client and also they want to make certain the client understands what is going on so that those clients are informed every step of the way. I cannot recommend or underscore this enough, if you maybe considering multiple firms. I realize that evaluating different firms maybe doing due diligence. I then began chiropractic care and also attended physical therapy for 10-12 weeks. After the accident, I contacted Morgan & Morgan. Following my initial phone consultation, I had a few follow-up questions. When I called their Brooklyn office, it took three days for someone to get back to me. When I finally spoke with the attorney, he had an attitude and told me it normally takes 24-48 hours to respond. Personally, I found that excessive especially since it actually took longer. Looking back, that probably should've been my sign not to move forward with them, but I stayed. Over the next year, the only real communication I received from them was occasional check-ins about how my chiropractic treatment was going. There were no meaningful updates on my case. As we approached the two-year mark, I got a call from their office saying my chiropractor was being "combative." When I spoke to my chiropractor, he showed me that he had already sent my records twice, both times confirmed as received and signed for by their office--yet they somehow lost the paperwork both times and were requesting it again. During this entire period, I consistently attended physical therapy for weeks and continued chiropractic care as well. Then, just a little over two weeks before the two year anniversary of my accident, I received an email stating they would not be moving forward with my case. I called multiple times and never got a response. I even contacted their customer service line, and although they said they would notify the attorney to call me back, I never heard from anyone.
