Basically, I work with a person there at the office via email, text, and phone calls. This service ended up costing me over 300.00. Everything went fine, Ms. Greene was amazing. Then it came time for me to get my refund. Never received it but it was showing that the IRS had sent the check. I called H&R Block customer service to find out what was going on and found out that Ms. Greene had put an address in the system that I had not lived at in over 5 years! I was then instructed by H&R Block that I would need to call the IRS. After 3 weeks of trying to get on the phone with the IRS, they told me that the only thing they could do is track my check. That was back in May. So long story short, I have a check for over 3,000 floating around somewhere and H&R Block got 300.00 out of it. There is no use in calling customer service to complain because they will just route me to the IRS again. I will tell everyone that will listen to me to NEVER use H&R Block!

They think... I think that's why they haven't contacted me. So that's a pretty messed up group of people, no communication don't respond to their emails. We'll see if they respond my phone call or not I've never worked with such an accounting firm.
