Paid unbelievable amounts of money over the years (that we never get any of back even though we should when no claims are made). I got in a fender bender that was so minor that the other person i hit didn't even make a claim against my insurance. State Farm put me as some kind of risk or something as Jane Brown stated and my insurance tripled over a thousand dollars a month for 3 vehicles. Some of Janes personnel are nice enough and helpful but State Farm DONT USE THEM FOR INSURANCE THEY ARE A RIP OFF. INSURNACE COMPANIES NEED TO HAVE A LEASH PUT ON THEM. V

Please explain how I had a 2014 vehicle insured, switched to a 2004 & it was the same exact price & then needed to switch over to a 2003 vehicle & they told me it would cost me even more money to insure that vehicle. So basically they aren't scoring you on your vehicle, they are scoring YOU!!! I canceled my policy within 1 week of having it bc I found a much better rate. When I called they said I had to send in a written letter signed in order to cancel. Upon doing so, they sent me back more paperwork to sign. I have waited for over 1 month to get my money back. Remember it's a split payment between Freeway & the insurance companies which means I'm expecting 2 payments now. I called last week & they brushed me off saying that they had to send a reminder to accounting for their part of the money (still no payment from Freeway). I them called the insurance company & wouldn't you know my check was sent to the wrong address bc Freeway put my address in incorrectly. So I am still waiting on ALL my money from both companies AGAIN!! I definitely would not recommend them to anyone. Save your money & shop elsewhere!!!
