I had purchased my first auto policy with Progressive following our move from another state…read more Towards the end of the policy period I found a better rate with another insurer and when I called and spoke to the Progressive representative to cancel my policy I was told that this would not be a problem and my remaining 30 day premium would be refunded. While this was true I also was charged $75 to cancel the policy with only 30 days remaining. Although I was given an apology by a Progressive supervisor saying that their rep should have advised me of the fee before cancellation they would not restore the $75 fee. I certainly don't think they acted in good faith in regard to this issue. If by sharing this development can help anyone out there considering canceling a policy with Progressive you've now been advised.

From the getgo, the team at Linx Legal was extremely helpful, laying out everything we needed to do to get the exit process going. We were assigned Haley as our case manager, and we could not have asked for someone better to work with. In addition to her relentless pursuit of the timeshare company, she was also extremely communicative, regularly keeping up with us even if it was just to let us know that she was still waiting on a response. Any time we had a question or expressed a concern, she was quick to reply and provide us with helpful and comforting information. It took a little over a year to exit with the timeshare company, but it's thankfully resolved. We're happy with our choice to work with Linx Legal.

Our mistake. We were audited for the two years she did our return, charged over $6,000.00 and when I talked to an IRS agent, the agent told me that whomever had done our taxes was 100% to blame. That was 2 years ago and we've found a great CPA since. Last week we got a bill from Caryn for $450 for her "help" in handling our audits. When we called her for help during the first audit, she said "send everything to me" but then never called us back or called the IRS. She did absolutely nothing to help us!!!! We just paid the IRS and when the second audit happened, we just paid it. I can't even believe her nerve in billing us!!!!!!!!!!!!!
