He told me that it is a nasty way to file and I am taking advantage and taking all the money for myself without even knowing who I am or what my situation is. He started telling me that he hates when women file this way and it is just nasty and his whole demeanor changed. I will never go to this location again.

Even though we paid on time and filed on time (except for the forms that didn't go), the IRS is now paying "special" attention to us and the problem has now caused them to audit 2019 as well. We paid and filed everything but now it's just this complete nut roll of a headache to prove it. The thing that really chafes my hide -- more than anything else-- is that this office doesn't bother to answer their phone or return messages and even though it's December, their voicemail answering system says that it's currently January (2021), so they haven't changed it in 11 months. Since we've moved since filing, I don't have an extra two hours everyday to drive there and "hope" someone might be in the office. Apparently they want you to do everything online, so after being absolutely exasperated about not receiving a return call after three messages, I went online and realized I can book an office visit that way, which I will do asap. Having this office on Conway is convenient, but with the headaches caused and lack of response and do to a move, we will be moving our business elsewhere. I hope this office does help us through our troubles in the meantime though. There's nothing more frustrating about working all your life and paying taxes on time, in full and yet being mercilessly hunted by the ITS....especially as such a small fish with only HR Block to help defend us.

A CPA should be a reliable professional individual and this firm is not in that category. I should have used a different firm for our company's corporate tax return. This firm waited until it was too late to make any decisions in reference to my tax returns to inform me that they could not do the taxes. I didnt have the opportunity to make any decisions with the company tax return before the extended deadline. They waited until AFTER the deadline to let me know that they couldnt do them. I should sue for damages. If I could select "no stars" I would do so.
