If I could give a negative rating I would. I would be careful with this insurance agency when…read moredealing with Cynthia Rickett. By them being slow and non responsive, they may end up getting you as their client sued. My son was hit by their client on 7/11. I called the next day after speaking to their client. Cynthia at first seemed to want to help. She took all the information and said she had to talk to her client. I called again on 13th because no one had reached out to us. My son's car is not drivable. Cynthia informed me that she submitted the claim that morning and some one should call within the next few days. We waited and nothing. I called her client again this morning July 20th, letting him know we had not heard anything and it is now going on 2 weeks. This should be an straight case. Their client admitted fault to running into the back of my son's car. The traffic officer gave their client the ticket and their client's statement from that date states he was at fault. Still this agency drags their feet. So my review is just a warning to those clients that end up in an accident, they may end up getting you sued because of their failure to act in a timely manner. I talked to Cynthia again today and she had lots of lies, raised her voice and eventually hung up in my face when I called her out on her lies. So Monday I will have no choice but to reach out to our lawyer because this is getting ridiculous. My son's car is still at the impound lot, no rental car, no analysis of his car. And she expects us to be ok with this. I am not. So think about this before you select this agency. In my opinion they may end up getting you sued due to them being slow and unprofessional. At least that is how I feel about Cynthia Rickett.
