When the…read moreresults came back showing severe spinal stenosis, nerve compression, and hip degeneration, I asked for a short‑term work excuse so I could safely attend the specialist appointments they were referring me to. Despite being the clinic that ordered the imaging, and despite having the reports in hand, the nurse practitioner refused to provide even temporary accommodation until after I saw an orthopedic surgeon. That's not how primary care works. A competent PCP should be able to review the imaging they themselves ordered, understand the severity, and provide short‑term support so a patient can safely reach the specialists they're being sent to. If you need quick urgent‑care‑level treatment, this place is probably fine. But if you're looking for a primary care provider who listens, understands complex medical issues, and actually supports patients instead of creating barriers, look elsewhere. Access Total Care is not equipped for that level of care. Furthermore, i strongly suspect them of using a reputation management service. Notice that they have less than 10 Yelp reviews, but over 500 Google reviews? That's just one of many indicators. I can't recommend trusting them with something as important as your health.
