Customer service at this location is horrific. Writing this review to remind myself (and others) to avoid. Anytime I've stopped here there are issues (taking forever, missing food, incorrect orders, etc). This latest time, we pulled around to grab a box of fried chicken to take home. After paying and sitting at the window for several minutes, we were asked to pull around to the other side where they forgot about us. 10 minutes later I walked in (thankfully my husband was with me and could stay in the car with the kids), and they hadn't even started on cooking the chicken. I asked for a refund (which they processed) but didn't even apologize. Note to self: don't stop here!!! Ready for Canes to open!! read more

Terrible service and food. I ordered a salad, the ranch dressing cups didn't even have a teaspoonful of dressing in them. Young staff rude and slow. Lettuce welted. The workers here consistently mess up our orders. I've had to go back twice in the past month to fix an order or to retrieve missing items, they don't want to put lids on and there's drink all over the cups. Sandwiches smashed on one part because they pile as much as possible in one little bag. They act like my family of 5 is the largest order they've received and it's always an inconvenience for them. Disappointing, because we love jacks and this one is right down the street from us. I truly hate leaving bad reviews, but this location has gone downhill SO BAD and I have been let down for nearly every visit this year. I wanted to get a late lunch and Jacks was nearby. I went through the drive through, and since I went through the drive through I'm not able to comment how the inside is or their COVID-19 precautions. They were nice and friendly in taking my order and they took a reasonable time in making my sandwich. Once I got home i opened it up, and it was still hot. It tasted good for what I ordered. I got a Grilled Chicken Sandwich, the buns were nice and soft, the chicken was cooked right and moist, and again it tasted good. Jack's is always serving up good food which I have to admit, don't come as often as I would like. This is a brand new location that just opened on Deerfoot Pkwy and the building is a new design compared there original concept. I've been craving a fish sandwich as of lately and saw an advertise for catfish and fries for only $4.99. Normally, the drive thru be pretty busy, but it wasn't on a day I'd went. Customer service was good, but nothing special to brag about although my sandwich and fries were hot which doesn't happen very often when I eat fast food lol. read more

I was pretty impressed with the drive through at this location. I have not been inside, so I'm not able to report on typical things like cleanliness, staff, restrooms, dining area, etc. Typical menu board, I was just here for a drink (sweet tea) and a snack (fries). Price is probably a little more than what you would pay at a McDonalds or Wendy's (for these two items) but the quality was considerably better. The tea was probably some of the best Jack's sweet tea I've ever had. The fries were quite literally hotter than the sun fresh and were seasoned perfect. Note: Jack's seasoning on fries can kind of be all over the board - virtually none to a broad spectrum leading up to far too much. Staff was friendly and got the order out to me quickly. All in all this is a really nice location. Appears to still be pretty new as well. I'd recommend them if you're in the area and wouldn't have any issue stopping here again in the future. read more

Every time I have been (witch like like 10), to this location. I have had a issue either my order has been wrong or the service has been extremely horrible and for example, 04/04 they had enough people but their line was an hour wait, almost in the drive-through. I had asked for four ranches, when i got to the window and checked my order. I got one and the other was a drip in the container. I tried to get someone's attention. The five of them, yes five all had their backs turned to the windows cutting up with Each other. I bitterly had to open the drive through window to get someone to notice. When I finally got someone's attention. She was smart with me and told me they don't have extra ranches. When I watched the person in front of me in the driver through before leaving trying to give back her ranches, and they said no keep them. I am so done with this generation of kids cause that what they are kids. I keep seeing them say they will check their staff at this jacks' but I think it's the hiring process they just want someone to be there to run it, then the quality or service. I went through the drive since I was in a bit of a rush, but they weren't busy at all, barely 2 cars in the drive through and no customers inside. I went through the drive through and ordered a large chocolate and large strawberry shake. Also ordered a 2 piece chicken dinner all breast with mash potatoes and Cole slaw. It took nearly 30 minutes in line behind 2 other cars to get to the window. I then had to wait another 10 minutes. I got home and had 4 chicken thighs. The service was horrible and definitely not worth the wait or money. I've had enough of this Jacks. I'm never going there again! read more

This is a review I posted two months ago to Google. I carried out the instructions by going to the website provided by Jack's but have yet to hear anything back. I've also heard that this location continues to provide poor service. "Typically love Jacks but the staff at this location have no idea what they are doing. Paid at the window, told to pull around, then sat with other cars for 20 minutes. Then staff came back out and had to ask us what we had ordered again... Currently still waiting on our food. Still waiting and it's been close to 30 minutes. Oh and she just came back out to ask others what they ordered for a third time. Also we never received a receipt. Update... After waiting for over 40 min we asked for a refund and told that we could not get a refund because the register was closed. This is illegal. I informed staff of this. Impolite ,angry drive through girl & then food that was not wrapped... looked as if it was taken out of the trash. Could not eat it. One of the staff comes out to let those in lien that they were short staffed and closed at 10 i Am up next to Order it is now 9:45 I pull up and staff proceeds to tell me that they are closed. I have to give a star but if I could give none I would. Nothing but young kids working and although I'm glad they are where is the training? No greeting in the try through just tell me your order. I get to the window and tell the young man I'd like a leg and thigh as I can clearly see my box still open and the young lady in the back yells. I already made it! As if she can't swap the chicken out. So after I kept staring at them she seems to have replaced one box but not the other. Is it worth making a fuss about in the store. NO buy I will not be returning. I expected a lot more with this Jack's but I will just have to stick to the one on Chalkville rd. I downloaded this for the first time ever to call out whoever the girl with red hair that works on the Wednesday night crew is. She has the worst attitude and service i've ever seen in an employee in my life. I just worked a near 14 hour shift in the sun, from 8am to 9:30pm trying to get some food for my family before I head home, and because it's 30 minutes before close, she's ready to get out of there, being extremely rude like i'm such an inconvenience for being the reason she has a job in the first place, rolling her eyes like a child and mouthing words like I can't read lips. I've managed a fast food restaurant for 3 years and had my fair share of late nights, but not once did me nor any of my employees get so upset and frustrated that we spoke under our breathe in front of the customer or showed such a lack of work ethic. It's embarrassing. She got my order wrong twice, didn't give me my drinks or my fries, so I just paid $26 for 3 jack burgers and one fry ($18). Go get another job stocking product in a warehouse if you can't handle fast food or quit. read more

Excited to try this new Jack's location, but their service is so bad. They brought food out to us from the drive thru with no drinks, sauces, or forks. I talked to the managers once before, because I think management should have a chance to fix things, but a few months later now and I Th ink it is getting worse instead of better. This Jacks restaurant is new, but the service is lacking. I have been there twice in the last couple of weeks and both times my order was incorrect. This morning I ordered a bacon egg and cheese combo, and when I got home I realized that only the hash browns were in the bag and NO biscuit.
