I've been coming to the Brunswick Kmart Tyre & Auto Service for over a decade now with two different VWs. I've always had great service. Despite having to try various different things and receiving conflicting advice from various experts, my car now has its air conditioning working perfectly. Matt is always so nice and friendly and kind to me. I feel well-looked after and have great confidence in the work they do here. Everything is explained well and without condescension. I definitely recommend this Kmart Tyre & Auto Service in particular. Tony has always been good to me, too.

I can trust centurion tyres to offer me a competitive price on brand name tyres with free installation or offer a cheaper option as well. He will inform me of the strengths and weaknesses of each type or even offer me a used pair in very good condition at budget basement price. But most important of all. It's done on the spot with no waiting and no fuss. Whenever I go to other places like Beaurepairs or KMart Tyre and Auto not only were the prices higher but I was forced to leave the car there for hours or overnight. Bought my alloys there too. Preloved. Cheap as Chips. No gimmicks either (buy 3 Tyres get 4th one free) lol I buy either 2 or 4 and cheaper than 3 tyres anyday.

Then we'll need to do a wheel alignment and swap the back wheels with the front. See how the treading is uneven there?" Ok so it might not be word for word, but you get the point. Due to an alloy wheel complication I had to go to the dealership instead, I had no choice. "Yep, we'll just patch up the puncture and it'll be like new. You're pretty lucky the tyres are in such good nick. So yeah, it'll come to about $60 something, all up." Yep, there was quite a difference. Look I really don't know why that was the case, but Beaurepairs has been in the same prime location since forever I can remember, and there's always client in the parking lots, so they must be doing something right.

I was made to feel guilty for even considering whether I wanted to get the new tyres. After receiving a quote for the new tyres, I said I'd think about it and instructed them to only fix the puncture. After I left, the store manager called me 3 times to say he'd found a better deal on the tyres. On the third phone call he said he had found a great deal on Dunlop tyres and he'd throw in the puncture job if I purchased them. I agreed and told him to do it. When I collected the car, he added the puncture onto the bill and when questioned refused to admit he had said that (I know, I should have asked for the quote in writing - lesson learnt). After seeing that I was clearly upset and disappointed, he didn't want to budge and said "well, we've done the work, you must pay". What happened to customer service? I kicked up a massive fuss and he made me feel like sh*t, and would only budge by meeting me half way. I WILL NEVER USE BEAUREPAIRS AGAIN!

I sent my wife in to get a puncture fixed by him the other day and because I was a regular customer he did the puncture for her for free and on the spot.
