Calls not returned promptly, evasive answers to my inquiries, etc...Northern Refrigeration had one pieced together, so we had heat, and finally replaced the other, but cost us over $3000 in labor, as they would not cover the labor to have it replaced. Seems pretty unfair to me. I would never do business again with them. For the money, I would have expected years of service. I still do not know if it was the manufacturer or the installation that caused the failure, as they didn't look into it after my requests.

At first we were told that they will do their best to send someone over later in the afternoon. When I called later that day, I was pretty desperate because now we had a leak under the sink. The lady on the phone was so nice and understanding and was able to get someone over to our house and at about 3pm, Dalton arrived and saved the day! He removed the faucet that was installed by another plumbing company only 4 years ago and failed us. My poor husband was running around trying to get parts for the old faucet, then decided to just buy a whole new one. He brought it home while Dalton was just completing the removal of our old one. Dalton was very patient, didn't do a "rush job" like the previous plumbing company did, so it was done correctly. I was so stressed out because I was on leave from work so I could be at home to help take care of our little min pin that just had surgery to repair her torn ACL and to have to deal with this faucet issue was very upsetting. Dalton was very professional and courteous; he even removed his boots upon entering our home.Thank you to Larry's Quality Heating & Plumbing for dealing with my frantic calls and not hanging up on me and sending Dalton to our rescue! Larry's came in and redid what had already been done and did not do what was requested. When they sent the bill I called them to explain what they did was wrong. They refused to work with me, even after I offered partial payment. The problem was still not fixed. I had another plumber come out, do what I requested Larry's to do, and the issue was fixed for a third of the cost. Larry's continued to refuse working with me sent me to collections after not responding to multiple requests for a reduced bill. They said they'd get back to me. When I asked them why they sent me to collections they said that I didn't follow up enough with them. I paid the collection agency. Do better business.
