But when I went to check out and I handed her a $100 bill she told the person on the phone she was happy she went to the bank because she got 3 people today that paid with a $100 bill.. The store placed an order for shoes to be shipped to my home with the store manager. After a few…read moredays I tried to track the order. The website said no order existed. I call the store and they said they didn't have anything on the order. I then went to the store and they told me I needed to call a number to find out what happened. I explained they placed the order, they needed to find out. I was finally told they were out for delivery and given an UPS tracking number. I returned home and tried tracking. UPS said the tracking number was not valid. I then called corporate and they said the shoes were not sent UPS but were sent FedEx and they were not out for delivery. They did not know when they would arrive. I asked for the order to be cancelled and issue a refund. They said I needed to wait two more weeks before a refund could be issued. I called the store manager and asked who the manager reported to, to talk to that person. I was told that information was not available. All in all I spent 4 hours with only to find out they didn't know when or if the shoes would arrive. Terrible service from the store.

But, they later go on to contradict themselves. We came here to finish up grabbing those items that we needed for the weekend. We had made multiple stops elsewhere and figured since we weren't able to snag them there, we'd have better luck getting them from here. Of course, that was true. Everything left on our list to get, was in house here. I also went off and did some browsing of my own. I like to hit the clearance section to see if there might be a steal. Most Walmarts have a centralized clearance section, but others have where a department might have an end cap that has their clearance. This store had a combination of the both. You just had to keep your eyes open and pay attention. Back to how my Dad and brother contradicted themselves. They had said that this store, even though smaller, carried everything they needed. While walking around grabbing the items we needed on the grocery side, my brother said something along the lines that he liked an item, but they didn't carry the brand they used to. Funny thing was, the item and brand of that item was literally right in front of us. Maybe they were out of it on their last visit, but I have no way of confirming that. At the end of grabbing everything, I opted for the self checkouts. I'd rather do that than having to wait and interact with anyone else.
