The tonic was served with no gin in it. When this was brought to my attention, the bartender was very slow to get to me. I had just picked up my drink, and I'm pretty sure she knew why I had come right back. She insisted that there was "a lot of gin" in the drink. It was a small glass, and I know what both gin and water taste like. There was no gin in the drink. She knew that. A second bartender, upon being asked, said they typically put a shot and a half of gin in the drink, so we asked for the shot separate from the tonic, and we'd mix it ourselves. We were told it doesn't work like that, which tells me all I need to know about the integrity of this business. They knew what they were doing. If you come here, order a beer or order the separate components for your mixed drink, then mix it yourself. I know everything is getting more expensive, but you're already making money on well gin. There's no need to cheat your customers like that.

There was plenty of tables inside and outside the restaurant though! TVs were situated throughout the restaurant. There was a variety of sports games playing. When we sat at our table, the team member brought over menus and asked if we'd like anything to drink while we looked through the menu. She also went through any dietary restrictions and some of their highlights at the restaurant, specifically, Smoke & Fire is known for their blueberry chicken sandwich. There are other options on their menu though, like BBQ items! Meat platters: Pulled Chicken, Pulled Pork, Brisket, Smoked Ribs, Hot Links, smoked Chicken Quarters. Sandwiches: Chicken Sandwiches, Brisket Sandwich, Donut Smashed Burger (Seasonal), Sliders Chicken and Waffles, Street Style Tacos, Chicken Tenders and more! After looking through the menu, we ultimately decided on the following 3 Meat Platter: Pulled Chicken, Pulled Pork, and Brisket with Mac N Cheese/Sweet Potato Tots The World Famous Blueberry Chicken Sandwich: Pepper Jack Cheese, Housemade Blueberry Jam, blueberry aioli, and Jalapeno. I actually went two days in a row, so I think that says it all. Their happy hour (11 AM-7 PM, I believe) is one of the best deals around. It's buy one, get one, and they give you drink chips that you can redeem during happy hour. Just make sure you use the playing chips during happy hour because they aren't valid outside those hours. The staff was incredibly friendly, the bar was super clean, and the drinks were amazing. I tried the Mocha Charger Martini and the Key Lime Martini, and both were so delicious. Even getting there right before 11 AM, the place already had great energy. I also loved the garage-themed decor, the cute patio, and the all-gender restrooms. They have pool tables too, and while they do serve food, it wasn't available yet when I arrived right at 11 AM. Overall, this place has such a welcoming vibe and is an absolute hidden gem.
