If you are looking for the Best Mortgage Broker in Vancouver, look no further than Trish Pritchard…read more She is an absolute expert mortgage broker and honestly went above and beyond for me. My financing situation was a bit of a complex file as I'm self-employed and was dealing with US funds. I was nervous about securing a great rate. From our very first meeting, Trish was honest and transparent, clearly walking me through all the lending ratios and helping me establish a solid budget. Her dedication is what truly sets her apart. She is incredibly proactive, anticipating all the obscure documentation (like the 90-day fund history) to ensure my mortgage pre-approval was seamless and the final process was completely stress-free. Something else that impressed me is that Trish is a phenomenal negotiator. I felt strongly that she was personally committed to getting me the best mortgage rates and successfully advocated for a fantastic Prime -0.75 rate with an exceptional cash back promo, even matching a competitor's aggressive online offer. That kind of commitment is rare. Whether you're a first-time homebuyer or, like me, someone with a self-employed background, Trish is the dedicated professional you need to have in your corner.

Tricia also REALLY went to bat for me after my mortgage was refused due to problems with the building. My real estate agent also knew her and commented on Tricia's stellar abilities. I would recommend her to anyone for simple to complex mortgage needs.

I was able to arrange all the paperwork without even visiting his office once because I lived about 45 minutes away. So It was great to be able to get all the paperwork and related requirements completed without driving all the way there, using only fax and emails. A few times, I had to call Jerry a bit late in the evenings and couple of times on the weekends. I was always able to get through and had my questions or concerns answered. Some people just look for better rate, even if it is only 5 basis points better. But Jerry was not only to get me best rate but I got great terms with my mortgage. I would definitely talk with Jerry and his office next time I will be needing a mortgage. I would have given the rating of 5 stars but only because of one reason. I believe every person and/or business has room for improvement. Nobody should consider themselves perfect because that's when a person's or business' growth stops. I think everybody should strive for doing even better. That is the only reason for 4 stars.

She helped us prepare, kept us on track, and secured a legitimately great deal given market conditions. She gave and kept her word, treated us like family, and made sure she was in constant contact (but not to the point of annoyance!). When the time came to choose a mortgage option, she laid out our options clearly, offered pros and cons for each, and patiently stuck with us as we vacillated between the final two. When closing arrived, Marie saved us thousands more because of some last-minute work on her part. She went above and beyond (although I suspect this type of work is just a normal thing for her - she's that good!).
