After an unreliable Yelp recommendation, a dog walker that "doesn't take collies", and four other…read moreunresponsive dog walkers, Fiona of Pawsitive Tails saved the day by coming in all the way from Hamilton to walk my in-laws' loveable bearded collie we were dog-sitting. Leading up to the day we needed her to take out the pup, we set up a meet and greet so Fiona knew where to go, address any questions or concerns and also get familiar with the dog. On the day, I got videos and messages from Fiona saying how much fun the pup had in the park with the pooches. Her rates are competitive and totally reasonable. While she doesn't normally service the Strathbungo/Queens Park area, if you are in the Hamilton area Fiona is brilliant. The pup and I are forever grateful to her, when others have proved to be unhelpful or unreliable.

I often can also catch a sneak peek at their walk with Lisas Facebook updates and whenever there is any worries or concerns over my dog Lisa is straight on the phone to ensure that I am made aware and that my dog is treated like the little star he is. I couldn't recommend Lisa enough, you would be making the right decision in using Lisa for your dog walking and puppy visit needs.
