We had one interaction with Jackie Dover and I have to share this. If you are questioning the integrity and caring of this gentleman to take care of transporting your loved ones, stop reading and book him. This past weekend, my mother (77yrs old) took a spill with a stationary motorcycle. She was adamant about being ok and we continued with the ride. Following dinner, she admitted that she was not fine and asked to go to get checked out. The local hospitals were all fairly close but none of the "local" drivers would take her out of an overabundance of personal liability concern. We didn't want to call an ambulance as this was not currently life threatening. Jackie's name was given as one of the last options by the hotel clerk and, in reality, it should have been the first one he suggested (well ahead of "a personal friend" who refused to take her and my father). He texted when he arrived, suggested we use the closest (Cherokee Indian) hospital over others outside of the Indian lands, and took them quickly up to the ER to drop them off. I thought that was the end of our interaction. A few hours later, I got a message from Jackie asking how she was doing and if he could be of further service. I informed him that his suggestion of hospital was spot on, as the care she received was fantastic, and that they were transporting her to Ashville for monitoring (broken ribs). He expressed his wishes for a safe journey and quick recovery, apologized if he overstepped on suggesting that hospital, and wished us all well. If I could rate him with 10 Stars, I would not hesitate. Thank you Jackie. You took care of my parents in a time of true need and put my mind at ease. We appreciate you. read more
