Jackie worked with us for nearly 2-years till we found the perfect place. She was patient and understood our needs. The transaction was seemles and her personal touch made the difference. read more

Selling a house is complicated and anxiety-producing. Jackie NeJaime made this process as simple as it could be. She helped us at every stage, gave us excellent advice, was super organized and efficient. And she's a really warm and fun person. Thanks to her, we sold our house quickly and for even more than we had hoped. We can't recommend her enough to anyone looking to buy or sell a home! read more

We absolutely *love* Jackie. She's definitely a no-bullshit realtor, which is in rare supply. She was never "trying to get us into a home" but always working with us to try to find something that we would love in the long term. As we closed the deal she said "Remember, I come with the house, so if you need anything, I'm here for you" and she's followed through with strong recommendations on plumbers, electricians and contractors. She's like having a hardcore fairy godmother. I can't recommend her enough! read more

Jackie was both fun to work with and the consummate professional. Worked with us like we were her only client, and was super responsive. Jackie found us our absolute dream home in a neighborhood we didn't think we could find ourselves in! Thank you, Jackie!! read more

We had a fantastic experience with Jackie. She was so knowledgeable, thoughtful, and kind. She really knows her stuff, was willing to answer every question, no matter how small, and jump on the phone to chat, no matter what time of day or night. She did an incredible job of leading us through the scary process of being first-time homebuyers in San Francisco, making sure we understood the things we should worry about, supporting us all the way, sharing her ideas when we asked but not when we didn't, and providing just the right amount of support and advice to help us make the right decisions. She advocated hard for us, and got us an excellent deal. Jackie made the home-buying process so much less stressful than it could have been. I would recommend Jackie to anyone--she was the best! read more

Jackie NeJaime did much more than help me find a home to buy. I found myself having to buy a home at the most inopportune time. I was far from having my head in the process. Jackie was patient, thoughtful and considerate. Most important she listened and worked hard to take my concerns into account every step of the way. Once we identified a home Jackie was all over the process. We developed an approach together and she executed flawlessly. I believe her reading of the market lead to the winning bid, without spending more than we should have to secure the deal. I reserve my most important praise for how she handled the process between bid to close. I was overwhelmed and she shouldered the burden of the process while still making sure we covered all the important issue. I highly recommend Jackie. She is a great partner in an important journey read more

Jackie is an awesome real estate agent, we used her to buy and sell our home in SF. She is professional, super organized and very helpful. So glad we used her to explore the different areas in SF and she ultimately helped us buy and sell a house! read more

Jackie is the absolute best. We met her 2 years before we were in a situation where we were financially ready to buy our 1 bedroom in Pac Heights. She checked in with us throughout the years and once we were ready to start looking, made the process as seamless as we could have hoped for. We always felt she was working with us to try to find something that we would love in the long term versus trying to get us into a home quickly, and will be forever grateful for her tenacity, honesty and positivity. We feel so fortunate to have found Jackie and cannot recommend her enough. True to what she says, she does come with the house and will work with you to answer any questions that come up during and after the sale. Thank you, Jackie! We can't recommend her enough! read more

This is my second review for Jackie; in 2014 she helped us buy our first home, a 3 bedroom apartment in Pacific Heights. Now in 2020, she has helped us sell it, completing the cycle and giving us an experience of both sides of the process. This has been a challenging time to sell. Midway through the process, the world went into the pandemic and California went into lockdown. This dramatically increased the pressure. To make things even harder, we were overseas, 9 hours ahead in timezone. Jackie handled the entire thing like the pro she is - constant follow ups on all sides, messages in our timezones, Zoom and WhatsApp calls. She advertised and socialised the apartment with intelligence and thought, using a mix of electronic, social media and paid advertising, plus the usual open houses. The Compass Concierge service was extremely useful - she handled staging, new windows, and some repairs that needed doing - all with no drama. Once we were in contract, negotiations were handled calmly and persistently and we were very pleased with the end result. The paperwork went through fine using mostly Docusign. As I said 6 years go - Jackie is a true business partner and I would recommend her to friends and colleagues in a heartbeat. She will see you right. read more

I gave Jackie a nearly impossible list of everything I wanted--both for the home and for the process itself--when I started my house hunt. She very kindly managed my expectations and then proceeded to find me exactly what I had asked for, within 3 months. She helped me make an offer I felt good about and quickly secured my home. I am so in love with my new place and I absolutely could not have done it without Jackie. Plus she's just a great person and a lot of fun to work with. Highly recommend! read more

If there's one word that describes Jackie, it's tenacity. We worked with Jackie for over 6 years and she finally helped us find the house that was just right for us! We had very specific criteria we were looking for in a house, and over the years life circumstances (we had 2 kids) caused our criteria and our commitment to our search to evolve over that time. Jackie took the time to understand our changing needs, and patiently worked with us at the speed we wanted to go in identifying and evaluating houses. Through it all, Jackie always took the time to alert us to houses that met our criteria and she had a strong knack for knowing what we would and wouldn't like. We finally identified a home that was great for us - a fully renovated 5 bedroom row house in a nice San Francisco neighborhood. As first-time homebuyers, Jackie's advice on how to purchase the house was invaluable. Jackie helped us navigate a competitive bidding process, edging out a higher bid while staying within our budget. Jackie provided good context on what and what not to focus on as we created our offer, and then moved from the bidding process toward closing. To pick one example, her advice to get a sewage inspection (which had not been done by the seller) helped us avert what would have been a catastrophe after we moved into the house. She also helped make sure that we didn't let a bout of initial irrational buyer's remorse get in the way of us pushing through to close. Upon closing, Jackie had a nice bottle of champagne waiting for us and a card that included a mantra she's often repeated: "I come with the house". I don't think that we realized how important that would be until we moved in and realized that agents are critical in liaising with the sellers to take care of the inevitable rough edges that you don't find until you move into a house (even a new house). Despite the sale drifting further into the rearview mirror, Jackie has remained incredibly responsive in helping us ensure that the seller follows-through on their commitments. We couldn't be happier with our new home and Jackie played a huge role in making it all possible. read more

I highly recommend working with Jackie if you are looking to buy a new home. This was my first experience and I was pretty intimidated by what I had heard about the buying game in San Francisco. Jackie not only made it easy, she made it FUN! From the moment I met Jackie, I loved her energy and her attitude. She was confident that we would find exactly what I wanted. After starting my search for about a month, the Pandemic hit. Jackie kept me up to date on what we could do while many things were shut down. She helped schedule virtual tours and kept me updated on the state of the market, answering all my questions as best she could. Once we were able to get out to homes again, it didn't take long. Jackie found me the perfect home in the best neighborhood. I could not be more thrilled. Now the real fun began. Throughout this process that was new to me, Jackie was a guide and an advocate. She connected me with the right people and it was obvious she was a pro that knows her business well. She checked in regularly to ensure things were moving forward and that I was feeling good throughout the journey. Now here I am, all moved in and Jackie continues to check in to make sure all is well. As I fumbled with learning new appliances and new technology - she was there to make sure I got all of my questions answered. She let me know that she comes with the house - and for that I am extremely grateful! read more

Jackie helped us buy the place that we had rented for many years - which was actually pretty complex! She held our hands the whole time, advised us on diplomacy and got us a very good deal. Also, when I have dropped Jackie's name with contractors and all those professionals you need for repairs and purchase, presto! they call me back read more

If you want a realtor who is going to help you make a good investment and who also knows how to seal the deal in a competitive market, you will find no one better than Jackie NeJaime. Her advice is GOLD. We first met Jackie in 2009 when the SF housing market was imploding, we were out of work, and we couldn't afford to keep our condo. We tried putting our place on the market with three other realtors, but the best offer we got was 20% below what we owed. Every other realtor we spoke to told us to take the loss and suck up the hit of a short sale. Not Jackie. She convinced us to rent. Then she checked in with us every year for six years - doing a full market analysis for us each time - before she advised us to sell. We ended up selling for 30% more than list. Fast forward... We'd moved back to the West Coast and needed to find a new and bigger place in the Bay Area. After two years of trekking through every roofless, leaking sewer, BYOB special (Bring Your Own Bulldozer) that constituted the inventory in our price range in the East Bay, we decided to at least try looking in the City with Jackie. Just a few weeks into our City search Jackie found us a fully renovated 3/2 with parking, a small yard, and a great commute. She moved like lightening to get in a preemptive offer - at our max budget, but not a penny over - and won the bid. I really cannot say enough good things about our wonderful realtor, Jackie NeJaime. If you are buying or selling in San Francisco, you need to see what she can do for you too. read more

Jackie is a real asset in this tough SF market. She's represented me on four transactions as a buyer and seller. She helped me win my first condo in 2013 in a very competitive NoPa market. She knew exactly what I needed to do to prepare my financing and how to structure the offer. We won without being the highest bidder. In 2018 I started looking for a single family home. We were able to win on a house in Potrero Hill and immediately sell the condo for the highest price per foot in the building, all within 45 days. Recently, needing to move from the city, Jackie helped me sell my house for well above list with another fast closing. Her no-nonsense, honest approach is effective and refreshing. We highly recommend Jackie to our friends and colleagues. read more

Jackie is an absolute dream to work with! As first-time home buyers, Jackie was there for us every step of the way, and helped us navigate every detail with endless patience, support, professionalism, and compassion. We were totally new to home buying, and I truly don't think we would have been able to do it without Jackie's guidance. Jackie is also someone you can truly trust - she helped us think through carefully all the many considerations to help us find the right house for our values, budget, and family. Jackie is super responsive and a seasoned pro with all the many communications and steps in the process. There's no one we'd recommend more! read more

We recommend Jackie to anyone looking for a new home! While working with Jackie, we never felt pressured or rushed into making a decision. When viewing homes, she was always quick to point out things we might not like in a house or property. You could tell that Jackie knew the San Francisco real estate market very well. She has a lot of experience and it shows. In addition, she was very sweet to our 2 year old and encouraged us to bring him along to all of our showings. We eventually found a great home that fit our needs. It was bittersweet to say goodbye to Jackie. We had a ton of fun working with her. We hope to work with her again when selling or buying our next home. Thanks for everything, Jackie! read more

I was looking to move back to San Luis Obispo to be closer to my son and his family so I needed to sell my flat in San Francisco. I interviewed a couple of realtors but didn't feel that they were looking after my interests. Then I got Jackie's name from a good friend and the connection was immediate! I was a little emotional about selling because I loved living in the city and she helped me feel confident about my decision. We talked about how I could freshen up the flat and get the best price and it worked! Jackie kept me informed on everything! She was very professional, a pleasure to work with and I would use her again in a second. read more

I'm writing this review on Christmas day and  New year's eve. Thanks to Jackie we are having one of the happiest, relaxing holidays at our new home! We started our house hunting in mid July. Then actually moved in mid December.  Closing was in November. Come to think of it, everything was quite smooth.   We weren't sure how long it'll take to find the place. Also didn't know about what's on the market when we started searching. Under this COVID situation there were no open houses. Every time we wanted to take a look at some place, Jackie had to come out and show us the house. It was always fun to meet her. During those visiting she gave us tons of tips for San Francisco housing. My husband and I are from Germany and Japan, tried to buy a house for the first time in SF, so it was helpful a lot. We also wanted to update the color of the floor. Jackie introduced us to a great professional guy. Turns out really great! She's been in real estate for a long time. You can count on her with many ways. I highly recommend her as your realtor.Thank you Jackie! read more

Jackie was an absolute dream to work with throughout our home buying process and helped us find our dream home in our dream neighborhood! I credit Jackie's patience, advice, keen sense of observation, listening and negotiation skills in making the dream a reality. My husband and I started off with an idea of what we wanted, but reality was all over the map. Jackie was there to ask us the questions we know we wanted to ask but had a hard time articulating. My favorite phrase is " What I'm hearing is..." and Jackie heard everything loud and clear- even the things we weren't saying which really speak louder than words. Could not recommend her enough to anyone looking to buy and sell a home! read more

I highly recommend Jackie NeJaime if you are buying or selling a property. I first met Jackie 8 years when I moved to San Fransisco and began to rent. I knew ownership would ultimately be the best decision for me, but it would not be an easy one for me to make in an such an expensive city. Jackie introduced me to different neighborhoods and began to inform me about my best options. Over the years Jackie always provided a lot of information and I learned something new with every listing, call or email. Jackie was patient and understood me. I never felt that she was pressuring me to buy something that I was not completely sold on. She respected my views on neighborhoods and what I wanted in a home. I will always remember Jackie telling me that "If you love San Francisco, you will want to have a piece of it". That really resonated with me even as prices went up and inventory was limited. Years passed but Jackie always kept me in her radar, checking in to see how I was and what I may be interested in. Finally after 8 years, a situation arose and the right place came into view. It was a lot of effort on everyone's part. Jackie was able to calmly work with the multiple personalities that were involved, always keeping us focused on the end result. That is a critical skill for a realtor to have. I now own a piece of San Francisco. After the sale was finalized Jackie said to me, "I come with the house", meaning she will always be around even after the transaction is complete to help with ideas and projects. This has been true as Jackie has been responsive, helpful and loyal even after our business relationship ended. I now continue her a friend. Anyone would be lucky to have Jackie NeJaime as their realtor! She is truly the best at what she does. read more

I wish I could give more than 5 stars for Jackie! She deserves 10. I had been on the market for several months with a different agent, and it was not working out after I had submitted several bids for a condo. A friend recommended Jackie to me, and after I talked with her a few times I never looked back. Jackie paid a lot of attention to what I liked and didn't like, and developed a keen sense of properties that would work for me. She sent me to several different properties, and soon enough I found one that I really liked. Even after I had entered into a contract, problems arose with the sellers, and Jackie took care of everything swimmingly. She made the whole experience as stress free as possible. I could count on Jackie any time I was busy to either handle things herself, or if we needed to talk or meet, that she could be flexible. In the end, I got the property I wanted and was extremely pleased with Jackie and how everything worked out. After having a bad experience with a real estate agent, I am so fortunate that I came across Jackie, who is exceptional. She is friendly, funny, and caring, and will develop a personal relationship with you instead of viewing you simply as a client. I give my highest recommendations! read more

I am not sure how to describe Jackie except SHE IS THE BEST!!!.. My husband and I were first time home buyers and we truly believe that we have this house because of her. In SF's highly competitive house market, we were being impatient many times but she was always giving us hope. She is super talented, knows the local market better than any other realtor we met and super organized. She made our full itinerary of open houses and what routes to take so we can optimize visiting most open houses. Even when she was on vacation, she was in constant communication and made sure her coworker came with us to see whatever properties we wanted. She listens and understands your needs and gives suggestions based on that instead of being pushy. She doesn't just stop at being your realtor but she even follows up after purchasing the house and provides any other help that you might need such as good restaurants suggestions, things to do , any contractor or handyman contact u might need etc.. I can go on and on but if you are looking for a house, I totally recommend you stop looking anywhere else and contact her. You'll get a realtor and a friend for life. read more

This is a companion piece to Megan S's review for Jackie. I cannot think of anyone you would want in your corner more than Jackie. She was our sword and our shield and we wouldn't have been able to do it without her. We went from buying a house with liens and disorganized paperwork and a seller who simply couldn't be reached at times, not even by his own agent, to selling a house to someone with an unbelievably incompetent lender. There were at least ten different times it could have fallen apart: she provided counsel, great references, advised us well and was there when we needed her. read more

Jackie is truly outstanding! We worked with her to find a new house in SF after relocating from Seattle. In this highly competitive market, Jackie was our competitive advantage to finding a home. Ultimately, our offer was accepted and we couldn't be happier with our home. We feel fortunate to have worked with Jackie, and recommend her very highly! read more

Jackie worked with us to sell our condo in San Francisco - from first introductions to closing, selling our condo was seamless and positive throughout the process. She was attentive, responsive to our needs and questions, and incredibly knowledgeable. The process far exceeded our expectations largely because of Jackie's experience, professionalism and integrity - what a relief to work with someone we trusted and valued so thoroughly. The condo sold well within the anticipated timeline discussed and sold pleasantly above asking price. I don't know what I would have done without Jackie - she' been a godsend! The thought of buying my first house was scary enough, but when first one, then a second real estate agent turned out to be worse than useless, I didn't know what to do. "Oh yes, I have very nice properties that fit your needs and are within your price range', they said, then showed me awful places that were way beyond my budget. I felt so discouraged that I gave up hope of ever finding a house I liked and could afford. Then I met Jackie. She said she thought she could find something and would like to help me, but she made no promises. Then she questioned me in depth about my wishes and my dreams, and she listened, really listened. The first places she showed me were very nice and would have been possible, but wisely, she wouldn't let me rush into anything - she wanted me to feel, "This is it!" So she didn't rush the process, and in time, we found the perfect place! Then she took me, step-by-step through all the paperwork, always letting me know in advance the time frame and what to expect - she made it as easy and smooth as possible for me. I am so thankful for her taking such good care of me, and I love my house!Your review helps others learn about great local businesses. Jackie sold my 2 bedroom TIC in San Francisco and despite a difficult sale Jackie made the whole experience a positive one. I have worked with several agents in the past and I was always left disappointed and underwhelmed. Jackie was a different story and has set an incredibly high bar. From the very moment we started working together she made everything incredibly easy for me. I was selling my property whilst living out of state so was nervous about the process. I needn't of been. Jackie handled everything and I mean everything. I had to remodel (paint, floors etc) the unit and she sourced and coordinated all the contractors. The place was staged beautifully and within two weeks we had an offer. The refurbish was immaculate for a great price and she kept me informed on every little detail along the way. I never once had to reach out to her to follow up. She was thoughtful of my situation but candid in what I needed to do to get a sale. She was easy and fun to communicate with...even during the hard conversations. Jackie never seems to rest, even on HER vacation she was phoning me making sure I was kept in the loop on any developments. Jackie is extremely knowledgeable and by far the best realtor I have ever worked with. I just wish I could always use her in buying and selling my homes because no one will ever compare to her professionalism and personality. Thank you Jackie, you made what would normally be a stressful experience an easy one. read more

Jackie is AMAZING. She helped us buy our new house on extremely short notice--we weren't even looking yet but when we saw it we had to have it and called her in a panic--and sold our old TIC right after. For the new house, she made sure we got everything we needed from a somewhat difficult and disorganized seller, recommended great inspectors and plumbers, and put us in touch with a mortgage broker who literally worked a miracle. She protected our interests fiercely and was a joy to work with throughout. As for selling the old TIC...we absolutely would not have completed the sale without her. We sold to our longtime co-tenant; relations between the units were always rocky, but they deteriorated rapidly after he refused to let us rent our unit or otherwise help us obtain financing for the new house ("If you don't figure something else out, I guess you won't get the house."). (Sidebar: don't buy a TIC. Just don't. Needing your neighbor's permission to get a loan for your new house is hellish.) Jackie stepped into an unpleasant situation and handled it beautifully. She protected us every step of the way, ensured we got everything we wanted out of the sale, kept us calm when everything looked like it was about to fall apart, and managed to close the sale despite our co-tenant's mortgage lender refusing to speak to her or return her emails until three days before the contractual closing date. In addition to being spectacularly good at her job, Jackie is warm, funny, and all-around wonderful. You'll miss talking to her every day once your transaction closes. I cannot recommend her enough. read more

We cannot thank Jackie enough for her perseverance and optimism throughout our house-hunting process. She was determined that we would find the right house, in the right location, at the right time, and we did - just 3 months before baby #2 arrived. Our first-time home-buying transaction was so much smoother than we were expecting, due to Jackie's guidance, professionalism, and amazing network of fellow professionals. She managed my stress over the process with laughter and kindness. By closing, she had become a friend, not just our agent. read more

She is amazing! Very happy to have sold our house with her. Positive and energetic, but without overdoing it. Super responsive, knowledgeable, and great sense of humor! But what really made her the best ever is how supportive and helpful she has been, especially when I panicked two days before the open house: she came over right away to assess the situation, and then came back the next day to help me out, including tidying up and moving furniture :) I highly recommend her! read more

Jackie helped us find and close on our home in the challenging San Francisco market. We looked for over two years, and Jackie patiently fed us information about opportunities, but didn't push us to close on something that wasn't right, plus was really upfront about potential drawbacks with a property. When we finally find "the perfect spot" she patiently answered all our questions and concerns, walked us through the offer process, and stayed right with us throughout the transaction. I've recommended Jackie to several friends, as she's trustworthy, knowledgeable and patient - three great characteristics for a real estate agent. read more
