Booked appointment for 2 cars detailing and when he comes and sees that I have a BMW(I4), he wanted…read moreto charge me over $500. I said that I was not paying that, and he said that he would charge $350. I looked again in website where it says that the service he had provided costs $300, so ask why he was charging me more and he said that it was because my car was a "luxury car". That is no where listed in the price page but if you click somewhere in the page you can see where he is charging $150 extra!! for luxury cars even though there is no definition of what that would be. Then I sent him $300 because I had already payed $50 to book the appointment but it turns out that the they charge $50 just to book app and that is not included in the charge. I really felt mislead regarding pricing as none of these was clear when I booked. I do have to say he did a very good job but I cannot recommend because of lack of transparency with pricing. I cancelled the second car app so at the end I payed $400 for a served listed on the website as $299..
